The staff was friendly however the location is not good people were getting high next door at the gas station and so many homeless around the area unfortunately did not feel the safest

Nothing
Bathroom light did not work, television did not work, noise was coming from adjoining room was so loud that I had to wear headphones to sleep. Breakfast was practically non existent. The lobby smelled as bad as the room. Flooring was laminate and had not been cleaned for some time. I did not feel safe the entire stay. At checkout I informed the office about the issues mentioned and they said that they were aware of the issues and offered no apologies.

Close to old town, room was spacious and the shower pressure was good
A lot of homeless people constantly in the area, on the driveway. Maybe having a security swipe to enter the reception area in order to serve your own breakfast would be a good future plan for this place - instead of the grumpy staff member serving not allowing people to do it themselves

Location to old town was great. Breakfast was ok.
Checking in took like 45-60 minutes as they couldn’t find my reservation. Saying it was cancelled and they couldn’t manage to give us a room. Eventually it did cost them 45-60 minutes. Costly time for us. Then the bed was really awful. It was like trying to sleep on a hill and you have to hold on to yourself during the night otherwise you would fall off.

Location was good. Walk quickly to historic Old Town and restaurants nearby. Room was quiet.
Exterior of property needs a little sprucing up.

Parkplatz vor der Türe. Nahe am Old Town.

Bed was comfy
Room next door had had its door smashed in at some point leaving us feeling uneasy about our stay. Woman serving breakfast was hopeless, no need as it could easily have been self service. Lots of vagrants in and around the are too.

Did excactly what was expected no frills but comfortable and clean. Close to McDonald's and a garage so convenient
No bar that's about it really.

The property is basic, clean, and comfortable. It’s pet friendly, which was very helpful and had doggy bags available in case you forgot yours.

Location to Old Town.
The front desk claimed they were rennovating so there was no hot breakfast. A woman brings in hard boiled eggs (cold), a toaster, packaged muffins, yogurt and coffee. She will also make you a waffle if you like. You cannot eat here, you have to take the food to your room. By the time you get to your room the toast or waffle is cold and there is not a table to sit at you sit on your bed to eat! I am a diabetic so I make sure breakfast is served at the hotels I stay at. This was not an adequate breakfast for me so now I had to go out to eat.
There was no alarm clock in the room (hotel description claims there was) so On 5/9 I requested a wake up call, I am still waiting!!!!! Then again on 5/13 I called the front desk for another wake up call and I was told they are not set up to do calls (also in the description that they do).
There was an indoor pool, but no hot tub.
Requested room be cleaned every day, came back after a long day on 5/10, room was not touched, no clean towels and trash was over flowing.
I spent a week here and never saw any type of rennovations or workers here.
Cleaning stafff was very nice, but woman serving breakfast was rather rude, then the girl at the front dest a 3pm just really seemed unconcerned if you had a complaint.
I have already filed a complaint with Choice Hotels, but I think Booking.com should be a little more aware of who they are representing and what goes on at the hotels. Unfortunately I don't think I will use Booking.com again.

I liked the pool for kids to swim in
I didn't like that the hot tub was out of order and not told before hand and I didn't not like that I requested a room with jetted tub and did not get that.

Bed was comfortable
The location is very sketchy. Not safe to be out at night. I thought it was connected to old town and we could walk there at night but it is definitely not safe and not connected so the listing is misleading. The toilet didn't flush, unless you held the handle down forever. The threshold going into the bathroom was broken. I tripped on it and almost fell. The breakfast was awful. It was barricaded off, food was handed to you. You couldn't even get your own coffee. it was Very limited No hot food. No plain bagels, just two raisin ones, no cream cheese. The breadbox they were in was visibly dirty and the Bagel cutter looked like it had never been cleaned. We were given two yogurts that were dated Feb 4th, today is Feb 26th! Luckily my daughter didn't eat it. I found the breakfast lady to be rude but the check in lady was nice.. No elevator. We had to carry a lot of luggage upstairs. Roosters started crowing at 4am. Towels were off white and had lots of stains.

Excellent friendly helpful customer service upon arrival, room was attractive, very comfortable and clean. The surprise little welcome gift of water and chocolate bar was really a nice touch!
Unfortunately the pool was very chilly and the jacuzzi was cold water. Part of the lobby was under renovation and we had to eat breakfast (served by front desk staff) in our room. Otherwise, very nice and economical motel.
