Staff was really nice as always.

Breakfast is good. Location is awkward coming from the north wing where I was located.

I don't need those makeup remover wipes in every hotel room! I need a few pieces of scrap paper. If the maid could peel off 5 pieces from a pad and put it with the coffee set up in the room.

It's ok to good.

Great breakfast. Slight variation every day.

2nd time in a row I was assigned room 133 with carpet cleanness issues, broken sink and maladjusted/broken heat thermostat. I was offered room replacement when available when asked, but how about fixing the issues rather than hoping noone will notice?

Very clean and comfortable

We lost power for two days. My daughter’s house got very cold so I made reservations here. She said the bed was so comfortable. Her dog is very old. At home he does not sleep on the bed. Apparently he does not find it comfortable, but here he did so you have that old dog’s stamp of approval. Thank you so much. She appreciated it.

Will not visit this hotel again.

Location.

The biggest problem was a large urine stain on the comforter. I was thoroughly disgusted by this as I had slept with that. It’s clear now that all bedding is not washed between guests. We didn’t like having our room in the basement. Conversations could be heard from next door through the bathroom vent. These conversations were long and frequent. Quite annoying. Not sure I want to stay in a hotel again!

Hotel maintenance and outdated decor needs attention Broken window in front of the building taped up with blue tape. Bathroom in room was not clean and old towels, cobwebs, no tissues

Very good

We came in around 8 to ask about early check in. They said they would call us. We came back around 1:00 and sat in lobby because no one was at the desk. We waited about 20 minutes and still no one at desk. Finally someone walking by asked us if we need help , our room was already available but no one called. The next morning when we checked out no one was at desk. Waited 5 minutes before having to shout for someone twice . The room itself was adobe so other then the front desk it was ok

The room was mostly clean, but not helpful to have no WiFi on a work trip.

The room was comfortable.

There was not free WiFi in the rooms, unless you give all of your information to sign up for the rewards program. That is misrepresenting from what was originally advertised. There were coffee cup markers on the bathroom sink. Not sure if it was a stain or not properly clean.

it was an okay place to stay safe and quiet.

The pool and fitness area was closed.I booked in November no where did it say on the site that they were under repair. I would not have stayed if I had known.It would have been nice if a few bucks ha dbeen taken off the bill because of this.

Breakfast was ok

The bathroom was not clean at all! Hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor. There was also a long strand of hair on the sheet when we pulled down the bed. We were on the bottom floor. Very noisy! Walls were paper thin. We were quite dissatisfied. We would never stay there again nor would we recommend it to anyone. The price wasn’t too bad but you shouldn’t have to settle for an unclean room.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. the location for us was good.

A minor thing that doors were not installed correctly. Had sizeable gaps midway to bottom of frame. Not crazy about sliding, unlockable bathroom door in the room.
