Overall it was a good stay. The room was so large and great. The staff was good, not super friendly but not rude at all.

No breakfast included with stay. Tried to order food from the restaurant but they were out of almost everything. The beds were very uncomfortable.

Very good

The staff was nice and attentive, only complaint was our first day there was a lack of towels for our room and at the pool, but the next day there was plenty so no big deal. It was a nice stay.

We were tired from traveling with two small children, but the swimming pool was just what they neede

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. At check in there was a slight problem that was dealt with easily. Every staff member I passed smelled and greeted me.

The room was dated. No USB outlets. The space was tight.

Pros & a few Cons but still Good

We were there for my daughter's competition. The staff was very pleasant and the hotel was clean. My daughter enjoyed the pool, we enjoyed the breakfast it was one of the better breakfasts I have had in a hotel. The convenience of the Civic Center, all the shopping and the variety of restaurants.

There are not enough carts to load/unload your car, we had to carry everything to our room when we arrived & carry all our luggage , bedding and hanging clothes back down to our vehicle when we checked out. The other guests were allowed to keep them in their room when they were finished using it. We asked for towels, we were told they would be brought to our room, it never happened. The price of the food compared to the quality and quantity is why too high, if I wanted to eat a McDonald's type hamburger and pay steak prices I would actually go to McDonalds. Also, the TV only had 5 or 6 channels, a couple HBO and Sports. If you want to watch anything else you watch pay for view and the cost is very high.

Would recommend - especially in the winter, Whirlpool active.

I specifically booked because they had a jacuzzi, although outside, it did work properly. Exercise area was kept clean. Was there for 5 nights, by that time I could use my own bed but was comfortable.

The rear access door has its cover broke and when it rains or even just mists, you're stuck there trying to get your card to work. Waffle House breakfast across the street is better and cheaper.

For the Name of the property I was extremely disappointed in my stay.

It was quite is the only thing I liked about it!!!!!!!

bad parking, toilet stopped up and instead of them coming to fix it they bought me a plunger to fix it myself. When checking out staff had the nerve to ask did I stop it up!! wow!!! It’s your pluming that caused it. Went to get some breakfast and wow you have to pay for everything they had to eat.

Bad Bad Hotel with a smell!!!

The staff did everything they could to accommodate my family. So I would say that the was the only thing that was decent about this hotel.

I had to look at 3 different rooms before I was able to get one that didn't smell bad 😡. This was not what I expected for a Hilton hotel. I was always told that you pay for what you get but in this case I didn't. I didn't have the time to find another one because I had an appointment 5:30pm and we didn't arrive until 3 plus after a 6 hour drive and trying to find a room that didn't smell I was too tried . When you're paying over $200 a night for a hotel you shouldn't have to do anything but spray your microban😞

I hope they get their act together

There was no vending machines on the property. No caffeinated coffee… no one tidied our room or took out the trash or refilled the coffee supplies even after I asked. It is under renovation and I feel like the price should have reflected the lack in accommodations. very disappointed
