Horrible will not recommend poor management and customer service

The breakfast

The keys didn't work, the bathroom light didn't work, the refrigerator didn't work, we had to carry things from the car up to the second floor no elevators, got double charged for my stayoverall really bad experience.

Overall the place was clean, the Staff was kind, and the room was nice.

We went to the pool around 730pm on one of the nights and the pool had not been checked on for what appeared the entire day. There were no clean pool towels. All the dirty ones were all Over the pool chairs and there were probably 10 dried up bowls of cereal from breakfast hours all around the pool. Along with crushed cereal and trash. The pool itself was clean however all around the pool was a mess.

Wonderful hotel stay!

Location was perfect for our needs. The entire hotel was updated beautifully! Our room was clean, everything worked and the beds were very comfortable! The price was unbeatable and I very much enjoyed my stay!

The pool was dirty. You could a dart film on the tiles. And some other guests were smoking pot in their rooms that made our entire floor smell awful. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay!

The breakfast was a standard continental breakfast. The kids enjoyed using the waffle maker. The pool was small but a good size for the kids to have fun. The bathrooms in the room were old and starting to rust. Some updates to the bathrooms would help tremendously.

The fact that we had to give a cash deposit for incidentals. We were unable to use our debit card. We were also given access to a room with other people in the room. At checkout we were unable to locate the desk attendant and waited an additional 10 minutes. Too much paperwork for a Days Inn.

Location was good, not far from where we had to go and everything was right there if we needed anything

Breakfast wasn't very good, could use new beds, the beds were very uncomfortable. My kids even woke up sore from the beds, they slept better on the floor the second night

Only really slept in the room which wasn’t very comfortable but staff was pleasant and accommodating when switching room

It sucked!!!

The fact that we got kicked out on Saturday night for having dogs. We were there for over 24 hours with our pets, from the main lobby to hallways. A manager came to our room to bring us towels and he played with our dogs. We got back Saturday night to find ourselves locked out of the room with our pets and belongings in the room. We were told we had to leave and lost our $100 deposit. We also did not get reimbursed for our Sunday night stay. We seen two other families their with dogs also. We had to drive back to Ohio Saturday night, and cancel our plans for Sunday.
