Over all it was nice.

Loved the pool and that it was family friendly!

The sofa bed was really outdated. Really uncomfortable to sleep on.

It’s decent

The hotel is decent and in a nice area

No good tv channels and bathroom is very small, after a few hours bathroom started smelling like sewer. When I arrived I requested a ground floor room on my reservation but there was no housekeeping for the day

Don't expect much

Good water pressure in the shower, beds were decent enough for a one night stay. The only reason I'm giving it a 3 is because it's barely a step above a motel 6 and they offer breakfast.

The types of rooms that were advertised and reserved on the website are not actually available, very misleading. The rooms had a bunch of cobwebs all over the ceilings and walls. The shower had no curtain, so water got everywhere. Didn't say anything because it was only a one night stay, so why bother. One of the room keys didn’t work. Was told by the front desk that we needed to lower our expectations when we told them about the discrepancy between the room we booked and the ones that were available. This actually made sense by the time we checked out the next day and became our running joke...you can't expect the rooms to be very clean, you can't expect to have a shower curtain, you can't expect your keycard to work everytime...

Not bad would have preferred to stay somewhere. Else that had a quality breakfast.

It's only 6 minutes away from the convention center. And it's clean.

The breakfast was not the best. To be completely honest, the only thing worth eating was toast with peanut butter and jelly. The waffle maker pancake machine was down. There are no elevators, so you have to let your luggage up-and-down the stairs. I really enjoy having on site breakfast and I paid extra for breakfast that I didn't Enjoyed due to the quality of the Food, if you're not a picky eater, this place is perfect and if you don't mind going up-and-down the stairs a lot. It's good

Affordable and convenient choice, 30 min walk to Levi’s stadium

Was able to check in early, good price, complimentary breakfast, there is a 7 eleven around the corner and a shopping center down the street

Gute Lage für das Erreichen des Levi Stadiums und das kostenlose Frühstück

Relativ dreckige Teppiche in den Zimmern, die etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Des Weiteren eine breite Fensterfront, sodass man sich etwas von anderen Gästen beobachtet gefühlt hat

Große, gemütliche, saubere Betten. Leckeres Frühstück mit großer Auswahl war inklusive. Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Zuvorkommendes Personal. Günstig.

Etwas hellhörig, ansonsten super.

I’m not saying that you shouldn’t stay here, it was decently priced, the rooms was clean with fresh towels, but what I didn’t like was that the location doesn’t look like how it’s pictured. The front entry looks like a nice hotel, but then they sent us to the back where the rooms actually are and it looks no different then any cheap motel like a 6 or something like that. The biggest negative of the room was that there were ants all over the bathroom, including inside the bathtub.

My recent stay at the Ramada Hotel was a truly good experience, highlighted by the remarkable garden that graced the property. From the moment I arrived, the lush and beautifully manicured garden welcomed me with a sense of tranquility that set the tone for my entire stay. Complementing the natural beauty of the garden are the spacious rooms that the Ramada offers. From the moment I stepped into my room, I was struck by the sense of space and comfort it provided. The garden views from my room were an added bonus, allowing me to enjoy the beauty of nature from the comfort of my own space. I cannot go without mentioning the luxurious bed and pillows that ensured a restful night's sleep. The plush bed was like sinking into a cloud, and the pillows provided the perfect support for a truly rejuvenating slumber. What truly sets Ramada apart, however, is the staff's commitment to guest satisfaction. Throughout my stay, every staff member I encountered was attentive, courteous, and genuinely invested in ensuring that my experience was nothing short of exceptional.

It was okay, not great.

I liked that it was quiet, you couldn't hardly hear your neighbors. The people working at the front desk were nice. There was always food in the breakfast room. The beds were comfy, and the AC worked. We could get hot water in the bathroom, and the toilet worked very well. I loved the garden out in the courtyard, and the pool/jacuzzi were nice.

Our TV in our room was somewhat messed-up, the lamp on my side of the nightstand kept flickering out, and the electrical circuit on that side of the lamp kept breaking, messing up my clock radio. The electronic safe didn't work due to the lock bolts being stuck out, preventing us from closing the door and keeping our valuables safe. The front desk did nothing about our TV or lamp problem, and by the time they fixed the safe, our vacation was almost over. The Chinese restaurant next door to the hotel WAY overcharged on food. $75 for a meal for two?! Seriously?! We also couldn't change the water pressure on the shower, so it always sprayed in a chaotic manner. The wifi seemed to work for our smaller electronic devices, but was not available for my brother's laptop.

the key in the room is old enough and most of the time the key card is not functioning well. It should have been upgraded considering the price of the hotel. It is not worth for what you are paying for.

Don't stay here

The nice lobby is deceiving. At one time, this was probably a beautiful hotel but no longer the case.

After one look at the room upon checking in, I immediately unchecked us into this hotel and we found a different hotel.

The hotel is satisfactory with a good location.

The friendly male staff especially Chris who was consistently friendly and helpful with everyone especially in the morning during breakfast.

1)The housekeeping staff was awful and rude. When I requested to have my room cleaned, she ordered me to get out of my room to do cleaning. This is without any courtesy or smile. She's the same Mexican lady who's also repleneshing breakfast without any smile on her face unlike other male staff who are friendly. 2) In my 10 days stay, I had to change my key that wasn't working at least 7 times which was such a hassle because our room was very far from the reception.

Was extremely disappointed with this facility!!!!

The room was filthy stains on the walls, wallpaper tearing, shelf in the bathroom for the towels, coming out of the wall, bathroom door didn’t close because it hits the toilet, shower dripped all night long, toilet very difficult to flush, people partied all night long in the back, playing music until 4am, constant foot traffic of people all day and all night, mattresses out by the trash, ceiling started to leak because of room upstairs, refrigerator was missing 1 foot so was uneven, did not stay cold
