staff was not friendly. every time I asked for something I felt like I was in the wrong (sheets and blankets for the sofa bed, extra towels for our room, etc.

building was a little out dated but rooms were very pleasant, smelled clean, rooms looked cleaned.

Was a older property and you could see they remodeled it somewhat. Hard working people there and nice.

Hallways and elevator were warm. Doors to room need to be replaced.

Our room was on the first floor and easy access. The second room we got was clean and up to our standards.

The first room we walked into smelled so bad of cigarette smoke. They were willing for us to move but just said that was a non smoking room and it should be fine. We insisted it wasn’t fine and she let us move. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and the noise outside our room was constant. No quiet hours were enforced. Motorcycles were circling the hotel from 12 am- 6am. When we went to get breakfast nothing was stocked and most things were out. What was there was sparse or un appetizing. We told the lady at the desk that the waffle mix was out and she just told us no it wasn’t. She was not helpful at all. We paid way too much money for what we got at this hotel.
