Wouldn’t go there again.

Good location, room was generally clean. Staff was courteous.

Hot tub was gross, filled with particulate matter. Didn’t get the room I reserved. The room was on the street, and there were no blackout curtains. Also street noise.

Unprofessional receptionist

Good location in Santa Barbara

The receptionist guy at nite shift with hoody outfit. My family & I arrived around 10pm. I booked suite 2 queen beds with the sofa bed. However, he gave me regular 2 queen beds smaller size room without sofabed . I told him thats not the room I paid. He said with unprofessional manner that the hotel supposed not affiliate with booking.com and put the wrong picture :( He ended up giving me the room that I booked which was in fact bigger size with sofa bed. I hope Hilton has professional employees to handle his business with professional manner.

Not bad but not so good

The place was clean but some stuff was not very welcoming

I forgot my speaker and I notified right away about it and someone was going to get it for me but they said they never find it which make me feel that they didn’t care

Bad

In 21st century the Reception Staff says it is not possible to issue the final invoice under company name. Also do not replying to emails later on. Next night I have stayed in Hilton Los Angeles Airport and the final invoice change to company name and address was possible. What a surprise 😯 Why it is not possible in Hampton Inn???

All in all, a very nice hotel, close to just about all of the sights we like to see. Will stay again

The hotel was close to Santa Barbara University, short drive to Santa Barbara Pier and within an hour drive to Solvang.

The couple upstairs who seemed to have heavy feet, stomping around till late at night. Very disturbing.

Would stay again!

Pool was lovely, gym was a great bonus. Rooms were big and spacious, nice beds, facilities to make tea/coffee and put things in the fridge. Big TV, spacious bed, blackout curtains. Free parking. Breakfast was great (selection of cereals, waffles, fruits, yoghurts, breads, eggs, hot foods.)

Nothing, would happily stay again.

Lots of variety with healthy food available. Waffles were great as was the eggs and hash browns

Room cleaning is only available if you ask and then only every other day. Stains on sofa in the room and shower was not cleaned when I first checked in. Toilet was also clogged at first.

Overall very good

Very nice customer service, especially checkout person’s service is excellent.

It would be much better if Sliding door of bathroom is changed to swing door( swing outside of the bathroom) More breakfast tables or rearrange breakfast tables to fit more customers. Would be better if cooked oatmeal in kitchen instead of instant oatmeal mixed with hot water.
