Great location and Welcome Staff including Denise

, got some good old fashion Sunday rest .Denise was very thoughtful and communicated very well. Very welcoming . She allowed me to check in early. .

Nothing to complain about . Enjoyed my stay .

Great stay with exceptional staff!

Arrived late in the evening and staff was very helpful and generous in their time.

Property was great. Location was great although street noise was noticed.

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times, but this is the first time I was placed in an old section of the hotel, and it was uncapped and not as clean as the newer sections I was definitely not impressed

That Destiny was willing to make sure that I could do a cash deposit for the room she did everything she could for us as well as Becky she was just as awesome helping her to get that done for us.Not to mention that Eric was great as well he was always there to help. These are the kind of people that make a hotel stay better when your trip was longer then you expected because they actually show they do care about people and their jobs..They all deserve a raise and recognition for all they do when things are hectic....The lady that prepares breakfast didn't get her name but her as well was very attentive to everyone's needs....We will be back ......

Perfect hotel for a Grand Canyon vacation! location is great and amenities are better than some other hotels I’ve stayed

Very clean and convenient location! Had everything we wanted… breakfast, pool, jacuzzi and coffee station.

The bed was a little too hard.

Disappointing

The check in was extremely slow. The TV isn't working, they said because of the storm. The room is extremely dated and showing signs of wear and tear. There is wallpaper missing. The walls are dirty. They keep the coffee maker in the bathroom, which is utterly disgusting. This is not what I had in mind when it comes to Hampton Inn.

Stayed there before while visiting my mom. dry convenient location and staff is GREAT!!

it’s time to do some deep cleaning. can see the dirt on the furniture now.

Location off I-40. Safe parking lot.

Slide key to exterior door near car didn’t work for me. Attentive front desk girl came to my rescue.

Overall, it was a clean hotel, very large room.

the rooms were clean, but older. Lindsey at the front desk was very helpful and kind despite all of the chaos.

they were having major problems with keys working to get in rooms and other areas (pool, outside entrances). took multiple trips to the front desk to get in our room. Others were having the same problem. very chaotic. Extremely under staffed.

Good night stay in Kingman. Use digital key on the Hilton app.

Good breakfast. Standard Hampton fare. Nothing special but good. Woman at check in was amazing considering that she was alone with no backup and lots of people checking in with key issues.

Key lock system was so buggy that we went through ten keys and two rooms before we were able to get into a room. Many others were also having similar issues. Frustrating but we were told the system was going to be replaced soon. Afterward I discovered that the best bet was the digital key on the app. That worked fine.

Great Stay

Clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The key card wouldn't work on the outside doors, and it usually took several swipes before it would open the door to my room.

The room was nice and breakfast. The pool wasn’t heated as listed and manager didn’t address this. The only reason we booked at this hotel because it had a indoor heated pool which is a lie

Pool wasn’t heated as it is listed that it is. The only reason we booked at this hotel was the heated indoor pool which was a lie. Manager was rude and didn’t offer any refund. This property has posters that’s state 100% satisfied guaranteed. That’s another lie.

I would say , for the nightly fee , I expected a more up to date room . The air conditioner worked

It was not that tempting, so I did not eat the breakfast.

The shower pan had what looked like mold. Black line all around the pan.
