Canceled and was never refunded after speaking to hotel staff and booking. Com. Our company lost alot of money because of miscommunication.

This was our first trip to Big Springs and everyone was very sweet and helpful.
The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Also the sides of the pool.

Loved the morning breakfast - plenty to choose from.
Parking near the entrances was limited due to arriving late and the hotel being (presumably) full. Overflow parking was available, which was good, but required a longer walk.

What a beautiful property. The room, the breakfast, the staff, all amazing. Great stay. I loved the soft sheets, the price was competitive but it felt like a higher end hotel.

2 minutes from Big Spring Psychiatric Hospital and several grocery stores nearby such as HEB and Super Walmart. Gym had adequate equipment such as full set of dumbbells and 2 treadmills one was not working. Swimming pool area was nice and jacuzzi filled with salted water.
Not many good restaurants in the area near hotel, just a lot of fast food.

The hotel was clean, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Free bottle water, coffee and tea all day long. Kids had a great time in the pool. We interacted with many of the staff and everyone was amazing!! Great stop for a few days or even an overnight stay pit stop. Location was decent right off highway. Had a few restaurants near and several gas stations.. Walmart was close a few min. Drive down the road if needed. Room was quite parking lot was well lit and bonus Starbucks in the same lot if your a fan.
They were having hot water and water pressure issues while we were there. They were actively trying to fix the situation, I saw the plumbers there and saw atleast 1 hot water heater get replaced. Also, the mini fridge in the room probably needs to be replaced and I would recommend a refresh in the bathroom. It was clean but the calking was starting to show wear that made it feel a little dingy. Everything else was great.

Comfy beds! I slept like a baby. I'm picky about beds, but when my head hit the pillow I was gone. Kids & I were very happy with all the breakfast options.

it was clean, quiet and nicely decorated. I liked the Zero brand shampoo & soaps. Also, when I got home, I had received a call from them letting me know I’d forgotten an Apple Watch charger! I was amazed! I’ve never had a hotel call me about things I’ve forgotten.

The friendliness and professionalism of the front desk when we checked in and out.
Our ac was not working when we first checked in. We let the front desk know and they placed us in another room, however it was very humid in that room. The beds were extremely hard and their was hardly any light in the restroom with you take a shower.
