Breakfast choices were very good. Breakfast attendents/cooks were nice. Front desk staff were polite.

We were booked in a room with a connecting door to another room. There were muddle school kids in the connected room 2 nights in a row. The noise/talking was almost unbearable. Also- pool was closed awaiting an inspection so there was no where to sit outside except a picnic table.

It was fine.

I was charged on my credit card $436.74 after being told on line the charge would be $388.99. I remember on check in the charge was $191.68 and $197.31. I called the hotel and was told that the online charge was just to reserve the room and the final charge would be assessed on checkin. I have used booking.com in the past and never had this happen. Later in the conversation I was told that there was a $50 pet charge which was not asked about when I checked in. The difference in the two fees is $47.75 so this explanation does not add up. Anyway I am unhappy with the different charges and plan not to use booking.com in the future.

Not the best Hampton Inn. Needs updating and maintenance.

Dated decor. Only 1 elevator worked and the other was iffy.

Ok. Not good but ok.

Easy check in. Easy in and out.

Cleanliness. Sheer curtain had huge rip on it. Appeared to be dry rotted. Carpet throughout halls need cleaning and stretched. It’s bunching up in areas. Trip hazard. Mold underneath soap dish in tub. Soap dispensers in tub falling off walls. Very dimly lit bathroom area. After I took a shower, I made it a point to not take another one the next morning because I did t want to get back in the shower. Overall cleanliness just not good. Would not stay again nor recommend to anyone.

Had no room service. Hotel said I need to request that. But this was after the fact. Room furnishings poor condition. Desk wobbled around Chair for desk broken leaning to one side. Fridge big Dent.

Nice stay while visiting family and celebrating my mom's 97th birthday.

Staff is very friendly. Room was big and comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of good food available.

The door to my room stuck, which caused a very loud noise anytime I opened & closed the door.

Over all everything was nice. Was not happy with the view that we paid extra to have!

We paid extra money to have a waterfront view and our main view was the parking lot after looking over the shrubbery in front of window then beyond was the ocean. That was very disappointing! We were told that they only had first floor rooms and so it was misleading to pay the extra money when to actually appreciate the view you had to walk outside to do it!

Our stay was restful and comfortable.

Room had a great view of the sound. It was very quiet. All was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

We did not like the scrambled powdered eggs served at breakfast. There was a good variety of other things to pick at breakfast. There is a great view as you eat.

Decent but would recommend a room facing the sound and bring some clothes pins to try to close the curtains!

Location was good and staff friendly!

Room faced to parking lot with only sheer curtains over windows. The lights kept us up all night.

I will stay at another location on my next trip to that area.

Location was convenient.

Coffee maker was broken so no coffee available at breakfast. Huge bummer for us coffee lovers. Had to go elsewhere and purchase. Ugh. Also, facilities seemed worn and neglected.

great staff, perfectly clean. will never stay again.

The staff was wonderful, everyone was polite pleasant and very helpful. i didn't feel like a bother at all to ask for anything I needed and received help very quickly.

this building, while clean was obviously in disrepair. broken tiles, old towels, old beds. the room i paid for was a decent size, but the pull out couch was missing a mattress, which we were intending to use. no pull out mattresses were available, so we were essentially downgraded to a different room with MUCH less space. I even said I'd be willing to pay more for a room closer what I originally requested. the bed was abysmal. seriously, upgrade your beds, they are trash. i honestly can't imagine who is comfortable sleeping on those old beds. my only other complaint is the "complimentary breakfast" is so bad I couldn't eat any of the food. it didn't look good, it didn't smell good and it was obviously the cheapest frozen garbage you can find.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT EXCEPT FOR FINDING THE HOTEL. IT NEEDS A BIGGER SIGN OR MORE LIGHTING FOR THE ENTRANCE. OTHERWISE, YOU CAN ONLY SEE THE TACO BELL
