Overall it was very enjoyable.

I really liked how they gave me personal space & the breakfast was amazing!

The check out time was ok but when I had asked for a late check out they only gave me about 45 minuets.

Lugar calmo, bom para descanso. Localização longe da agitação da cidade, em uma região residencial. Café da manhã padrão americano, sem grandes novidades. Fornecem algumas garrafas de água no quarto, ótimo pra temporada de calor do momento. Estacionamento grátis na frente dos quartos.

O quarto provavelmente era duplo e foi fechado a porta de comunicação com o outro quarto, porém o isolamento acústico não era bom, você podia ouvir todo barulho do outro quarto.

Not really a resort

The pool area along with the outside was nice. The Gringo bar was good.

The rooms are very outdated. The sliding glass door is old and hard yo open and close. The breakfast was not very good. Ended on going somewhere the second day to get a decent breakfast. The fan in the room was sounding like it was going to fall off. The ac unit sounded like a jet engine. The bathroom toilet felt like you were sitting on a kids training toilet.

Well located in the north or Tucson. Friendly staff.

The pool was a little small for the size of the hotel. But it was nice. Loved the “cantina”, and the prices for snacking were ok. Loved the free coffee and teas at the lobby. The staff was really friendly. They were super nice to let me check in a little bit earlier.

No shade in the parking. None.. And water machine at the fitness room was broken.

The location.

This property is run down and in dire need of a remodel. The room had a broken ceiling fan very old furniture and stained linens. This will be the last time I book here

Exceptional

It was beautiful! The staff was so friendly. Breakfast was great. And bonus on the bottomless mimosas. It was my birthday so that was a big plus for my morning breakfast. Room was beautiful. Bed was comfy and pillows were nice! The fact that I could sit on the balcony and drink and look at the mountains was amazing.

There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was perfect!

Staff was very friendly

Older rooms. Toilet barely flushed. Paid almost $800 for a 3 night stay. Pool and jacuzzi were filthy and filled with dead flies.

The noise and the cleanliness! The room was dirty and very noisy. The took a deposit from my credit card and they did not return it ($50 usd). I have being calling and writing to get it back, no answer, the just say "we will tell the manager". I am very dissapointed about it, the have not showed any seriousness

Great view and great pool.

Pool and hot tub were perfect! Room had a spacious balcony with a great view. The restaurant was very accommodating and made drinks and food for the your room or pool. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Not much I would change, maybe improved wifi?

Slept well enough.

Breakfast was Good. Temperature was easily adjusted and accurate. Mostly clean. Fridge and coffee maker worked well.

Hair matt on the floor in the shower. Front door was slightly out of wack and hard to open and close. A little noisy, I could here the neighboring room door squeaking all night. Probably the bathroom door. Gringo restaurant dinner not so good. And, I would almost never complain about the food but this was bad. The front desk couldn't find our reservation, so we had to show them the printout we brought with us.

Traveled for fun, and I always enjoy staying off the beaten path and this was a good location

I was very pleased with my stay! I would definitely recommend this property to other travelers. My room was very clean, and I loved the balcony and pool area. I really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner I had at the restaurant. Staff was very friendly and happy to make recommendations.

Pool area could use more towels, and there were bees in the fountain area.

Very disappointing.

Most of the breakfasts were very late in opening. A couple days the doors weren't opened for over 40 minutes past the scheduled times. Also, the food delivery wasn't keeping up, and mostly cold. There was a terrible sewer oder in our room. The floor was filthy when we arrived. My wife actually bought Clorax Wipes to clean it.

Could not rest on our 31st wedding anniversary trip.

The beds were very hard and squicky sounds when tossing and turning... room was very small, bathroom was cold as the room heater did not reach it. Main road noise...

the way was good for the scene but it was uncomfortable bedding and thin sheets.

the rooms are low quality and the complimentary breakfast was 1 out of 10.

Beautiful location!

Our room had the option of a parking spot right in front which was helpful for bringing the pet in.

The bathroom was small & the parking spot in front of our hotel was taken when we went to dinner.

Nice spacious room, comfy beds , lovely pool and pleasant staff

Breakfast was inadequate, poor selection and no one was filling up the bread cabinets or hot food trays
