It was miserable and I couldn't wait to leave, would have left without staying if I could have

I was allowed to check in because apparently my reservation was cancelled without notice. Something about my card not be

Something about my card not being valid or not having any funds which it’s not true my card had more than enough funds to pay for the reservation. I don’t know if the room was given to someone else and that’s why my reservation was canceled because when I asked if I could still get a room the lady told me that there were no rooms available

Friendly members who made the 2 night stay comfortable.

Asked to I’ve to ground level n they were very helpful.

The Continental breakfast was very disappointing. A breakfast bar, a muffin.

Ok just if you're passing by.

The bed and pillows were comfy. I would stay again if the price is cheap and if I'm just passing by. Not with my family.

The breakfast was just a muffin and granola. Coffee and juice were ok. I didn't like some people I saw around. The refrigerator didn't work well. The room wasn't that clean.

It was fun and will do it again sometime

It wasn’t really breakfast there were some granola bars and coffee and I believe muffins on the weekends. That was the extent of their breakfast

I didn’t like that the tub was dirty when I got there

Good place to stay

Motel style hotel refurbished, everything is new in the room. Very good new towels. Room service every day. By car, it is ok to stay here and visit Baltimore. Trash cans in the bedroom, including bins for recyclable trash.

It's said that there is breakfast included, but actually there is a self service orange juice machine, a coffe machine and some protein bars to grab and go (and this is it). Even if my reservation was for queen beds, they are small beds (but comfortable).

Everything and all staff were great.

We got there Friday night snd were met with a barrage of loud people smoking weed. They were rowdy most of the night and the weed was so strong that the smoke seeped under the door. On Saturday the local police were present and we had no more issues.

Don't be fooled by the 'hood' rating.

Customer service, no microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast wasn't served. Noise all night until morning which made it impossible to sleep. I asked to be relocated to an e.mpty ground floor room but was refused. The room was non refundable, otherwise I wouldn't have stayed here

It was good value for what it offers.

It was exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable. Laundry facilities were easy to use and all the staff were excellent.

No microwave or refrigerator in the room.

I love that the carpet has been replaced with laminate but that mean’s housekeeping needs to make sure they are sweeping and mopping because dirty and hair will remain on the floors

Great value and staff, but expect dirt and questionable stains

Great staff, friendly and the room amenities were nice and new. All provided amenities worked perfectly and the value and location was perfect for our travel

Cleanliness was extremely sub par. Room floors were dirty, stains on sheets, curtains looked like they had food stains, and tables had stains from what also looked like food. One room had yellow stains on the floor by the toilet and the other had them on the shower curtain. Also both showers were not the most clean. We were told the location was just recently renovated so it's extremely surprising how it could get this dirty this fast

It should not be your first option

Room had a good TV, and the bed was comfortable.

The receptionist assigned us a room that was not clean. When we came back to the reception to notify the problem, the person did not say a word about it. Simply asked us the card and gave us another room without any explanation or apologize for that mistake.
