No t.v. and the Air conditioner doesn't work how do I get a refund . Wouldn't recommend it. I'm a veteran treated me like a was nothing.

It was comfortable and our request to fix the slow toilet was taken care of. We were secure.

the customer service was via telephone, and they had an attendant on site. They were good and took care of our request

The door needs weather stripping. It shut securely, but light and cold air could come in, but the heater worked well.

WARNING WE LEFT THE LOCATION AND NEVER STAYED HORRENDOUS ROOM

Nothing but location.

it’s a complete mess. They can’t even change the batteries in the room door key. sad really. Definitely not how I run a business. The room stunk. We left and told them to keep the money. We couldn’t stay in the room it was that bad. Don’t waste your time here. You have been warned.

This property is very Unhygenic

Bed base cloth was filthy, Fused night lamp bulb, Room Fragrance without liquid and Gel, bathroom ceilings broken, Molds around washbasin, AC broken, Rusted door and cannot locks bathroom, Toilet flush works after the third attempt, i have not seen such a place charge around $150 canadian, This property should be reported to health & Hygiene authorities. I could not tell anything to the old couple looking after the property but its ridiculous.

the whole place needs an upgrade and improvements sheets had stains lumpy pillow air conditioning and heating vents need major cleaning they smelled like old urine when you turn it on.

Our stay was good. I would most likely return again. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable.

Location was excellent. The ability to get around town was exceptional. Good eating establishments in the neighborhood.

The room could have been more modern. Needs new carpet and painting work.

My stay in the hotel was good and met the needs for the weekend

I liked the the fact that the Hotel was close to the beach and I did not pay the high price to stay at the Casino/Hotels on the beach.

I think the rooms should be equipped with Irons. I asked the main desk for an Iron which is inconvenient. If others needed an Iron I would need to wait until they were finished. I also think the rooms need to come with soap. The bar of soap that was provided was not enough
