I didn’t get to experience the property. They decided to relocate me on the day of check in on the way to the hotel at 6pm.

The lack of professionalism in being able to provide advanced notice for changes. I had spoken to a team member the day I booked the visit and I was never told that they wouldn’t have a room for my stay. I was told that the “one nighters” had to be relocated. I was there for an emergency visit. The additional stress was not appreciated. I am very disappointed with this hotel, I have never had this experience with the Hilton brand properties.

If the pool had been better, I could find no faults especially for the price, etc.

The staff was all pleasant and helpful. The breakfast crew put out a fairly expansive breakfast each morning. They kept the breakfast items well stocked. There was a weekly (Wednesday evening) reception with a variety of hot and cold foods and wine and beer. The facilities, especially indoors, were immaculate. (See below about pool). I would stay there again.

The pool appeared cloudy and unappealing for most of my ten day visit. I finally went swimming in last two days. The HVAC system in my room constantly operated the "fan" even when I entered the "Off" command on the thermostat.

Did not like it at all. Staff was rude. Had to take a cold shower literally or listen to smoke alarms going g off the WH

The bed frame smelled HORRIBLE of piss. I was randomly asked my room number when I walked back in from getting food. I guess they thought I couldn’t afford a room there. When I took a shower the smoke Alarms kept going off. Told me to shower with my door open! Never again!

Great stay for a great price!

Conveniently located, parking was free, staff was helpful, friendly, and professional; the rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was good. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
