They need to serve community coffee but everything about this place was acceptable

The clean room's and the location

Coffee not being served but once per day, as someone that works night shift I missed coffee both days. Personally I think there should be a coffee pot in each room so folks can make their own if they so choose. Don't have to supply the coffee, just the pot.

After I got offer a inside room

My first night of check in there was a lot of begs tht was in the bed nd pillows I had my grand baby with me she started screaming nows she's scared to sleep at another hotel nasty outside rooms and the people that had the dog they kept me up most of the night I got into a different room

Housekeeping needs retraining.

It was convenient as far as location for the event we were attending. The bed was comfortable and I love that there was no old, outdated carpet in the room.

There was roaches in the room, no coffee pot in the room, no hair dryer. House keeping was slack. Behind the end tables were filthy and never swept because trash and candle wax was everywhere behind both sides. The floor was sandy and broken glass was on the floor we both had a splinter of glass in our foot. My recommendation would be to vacuum instead of sweeping a room. I noticed house keeping didn't have a vacuum. For the 1st time in my life I never had a room that did not provide shampoo and Conditioner. No iron or ironing board. No kleenex in the spot provided and limited linens were provided. (1 set provided) we had to share towels. I specifically asked the room have a set of extras.

Bed was extremely hard. Pillows were flat. Bathroom toilet water ran all of the time. Electrical outlet by bathroom mirror did not work. Hallways smelled like marijuana.
