Not too far from our event.

No elevator. My wife is handicapped. Toilet seat was not bolted down.

Breakfast was good and plentiful, except for hot eggs and sausage. Would prefer fresh made each morning.

Good choice for budget travellers. Clean and quiet.

Old hotel but kept up very well. About 7 minutes to Fort Collins city center, 7 minutes to WallMart. Quiet at night. Family owned business, clean hotel. Self serving breakfast selection is good.

Beds are on the soft side, especially for two people.

Excellent location to CSU!

The cost was super high for the location and overall place. All costs are high so I understand, but felt really expensive even though the inside was nice and clean.

it’s was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was perfect.

I really need a later checkout due to some unforeseen circumstances, they could only accommodate me with 30 minutes.

I will be back.

The breakfast was good. The room was clean, and once I turned the air conditioner off, and let the heater that was also on, warm up the room, it was comfortable. FYI The AC thermostat was set at 60. Both desk clerks were pleasant.

I have no complaints.

Definitely a place

I liked the fact that it was near the highway. Also the fact that it was clean.

I wish the staff were more welcoming. No smile. No welcome in…Nothing. Also the knocking noise in my room was awful. Overall a great stay for the price
