Had the best views. Was up on a hill and you could see Mt Rushmore from the hotel. They had a great patio with fire pits. We loved sitting out at night.

I think the location is awesome but for the money we spent for the hotel it should've been better.

we loved the pool area, breakfast area kept nicely as was very busy, the location was awesome, the fridge in the room worked amazingly, tv reception and channel choices were great

The parking proximity to rooms on that side of the building could've been better, felt there should be more, i didn't like that the alarm clock was broken so it was useless, when turning on the showerhead the water still came out of the bottom tap so the water pressure i'm sure could've been better if that were fixed, beds/mattresses weren't very comfortable, went right through them and we're average sized lol, the hallway floorboards are pretty loud as you walk on them so when people more than walked on them they were super loud, enough to wake you, our towels had stains, people upstairs were really loud and could be heard easily with their walking/bumps

Near by where I wanted to go.

1. Booked 4 rooms, gave me 1st room, toilet flush is broken, room 205. 2. Changed to 2nd room-155, face basin sink constantly leeks all over the floor. Had to put 2 bath towels to stop the water from running all over the floor, and it’s slippery. 3. All 4 rooms that I ordered, none of the rooms had a trash can. Front desk not able to find trash cans for the rooms. I didn’t go into the other rooms to check if anything equipment was broken since we only stayed for the 1 night.

Guter Aufenthalt in einem Hotel in sehr guter Lage.

Das Hotel befindet sich in guter Lage, der Mount Rushmore war von unserem Balkon aus zu sehen. Das Zimmer, das wir upgegraded hatten, war groß. Allerdings enthielt die Küchenzeole im Zimmer kein Geschirr. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach und nicht reichhaltig.

Das Frühstück hätte etwas vielseitiger sein können.

Bad experience

I booked reservations 5 months ago and when I got there they said hotel closed due to maintenance. Had to go to another hotel which they told us to go to. It was a Ramadan which I've stayed before. I was never informed about problems until I got there. Lady said she would give me 5000 pts towards my Wyndham account which I don't think is enough and haven't received the points

Nothing. Been wanting to stay there go to keystone south dakota a few times a year and this was my honeymoon

So disappointed.

Got canceled through Hotel’s email sent to my email about their cancellation within a so short notice which didn’t give me the time to prepare. I was supposed to check in on 5/4/2024 and checking out on 5/5/2024, but received an email less than a day before my check in. Still now, I’m and been trying to contact with Priceline, but couldn’t get a hold of any agent to talk about this issue. Hope I can get to resolve this issue asap.

Cancel my trip in a so short of notice less than a day without any accommodations.

Es war das beste Zimmer, das wir je hatten! Zu diesem günstigen Preis erwarteten wir ein ‚normales‘ Zimmer mit zwei Queensize Betten… Aber wir übernachteten in einer grossen Suite mit zusätzlichem Schlaf-Sofa, 2 TVs, Schreibtisch, kleiner Küche, extra Lavabo ausserhalb Badezimmer, super sauber und tolle Aussicht!

Lüftung machte (für mich) unangenehmen Lärm…

We booked but when we arrived found the hotel to be closed. No lights or signage and had to find the place in the dark. We finally found it and were greeted by a sign on the door saying they were closed and provided an alternative accommodation option of the Ramada Hotel. Would have been nice to be advised of this before we arrived at 9pm at night. The Ramada was great, lovely people, very helpful and the rooms were nice to relax.

No notification they weren’t open especially as I made a booking months ago.

Clean, quiet, with easy access to downtown Keystone

The above answers are for the Ramada Inn in Keystone… will explain more in the next question. This facility was clean, quiet, and next to downtown Keystone. Very easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Our original reservation was to stay at the Baymont. Which we learned was closed for the season still when we arrived. Our reservation was moved to the Ramada Inn (same parent company) But an email of some kind from someone notifying us of the change would have stopped us from panicking when we arrived.

Booking.com was the problem.. The hotel was not open for the season yet. My family and I drove to the location. I could not reach booking.com...still The hotel manager called and let me know they were not open. Not their fault due to the storm.. I called booking.com multiple times and sent an email.. No response

The room was perfect for a family so I didn’t get to enjoy it fully.

It was very close to the park, and the price was reasonable.

I did not like the left-hand turn to go to the park. Also, the main light was out so I had to use my phone to get my stuff in. I was a bit concerned as I was coming in very late as a single woman.

nice place, good location for Mt Rushmore

Our stay was great but we weren’t actually here - it’s closed for the season so we had to stay at the sister Wyndham Ramada just round the corner (no notification that it was closed so that’s not great) - laundry and pool were good, beds comfy!

slipped in the pool and grazed my arm quite badly, needs more signage around the stairs

So happy

I loved the room! We had a king whirlpool suite and it was such a big room and the tub fit both me and my husband who is 6'4. I loved the colors in the room and the fact that there was a separate living area being my husband and I tend to have different sleeping schedules.

I really don't think it was bad at all the only thing I would say is the pool area being in a locked fence situation I didn't understand. The building itself is old and you can tell but they have updated it so it still looks and smells nice. The breakfast was okay but I would have liked to see just a bit more variety. Nothing all too terrible at all.

I really loved the location of this. It's on top of a hill which is really pretty. Breakfast was okay, they had small snacks and drinks out for a "buffet style". Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.
