Felt like I was in a zoo

One simple thing. That it was across the interstate from my job.

Smelled like dog every where, dirty, filthy, thick muggy environment. Water pipe busted and flooded floor rooms damaging everything in it. But best of all, everyone received a nice warm apology for choosing that room

I like the room. It was pretty good and big room

The bed smells cigarettes as well the pillow. I could not sleep well. I woke up 4 am to take shower 🚿. But the bathtub water clogged. Shower water didn't pass through. I had to stand on my own water and complete shower. Then, the sink was same situation. Water did not pass through, it also clogged. It was a terrible night for me to stay in this room. No matter how much I paid, it was my hard working money, i should deserve the best to sleep well. The breakfast has no good choice except bagel, bread and yogurt. I went down to eat breakfast only two to three old couple went to eat and one couple left the dining area right away after looking at the breakfast choice...... I complained the information desk about my situation at the room. She replied simply, "ok ".. ... Pls think twice before you book this hotel. .......

Location and kitchenette. Friendly and helpful staff.

First room smelled of smoke. Mitelike insects on the furniture off the common area off lobby.

Not staying here again.

The location was far enough from the highway and was quiet. Check-in was quick.

Housekeeping must have been on a vacation. Not one time during my 3 night stay did anyone come to the room and change the linen or bring fresh towels. There were cheerios in the AC unit from whoever stayed there before. Breakfast was a waste. No coffee on the second morning. Milk ran out and nobody around to fill it.

Very clean. Friendly front desk staff.

I feel mislead by all the 10’s given on Booking. Very basic hotel. No daily room upkeep. Had to go to front desk to get fresh towels. Not a real breakfast. No hangers in closet. Hair dryer didn’t work. Clean except for the stained chair at the desk.

First and last stay at Graystone.

Not used.

Smell of bug spray, smugged dirty window glass that I cleaned. Bottom window lock broken (reported to desk). Closet mirror cracked on bottom (reported to desk).

Secluded location for those looking to be off the beaten path. Staff is always friendly with great customer service. Rooms were clean with plenty of amenities. Ample parking...

Breakfast was scaled back to oatmeal and microwavable biscuits and sausage. Due to covid.

Convenient to I-20 travelers

The hotel is pet-friendly. The air conditioning worked very well.

Carpet in the room was stained and didn't look clean. Carpet in a pet-friendly room is probably not the best idea.

Location, free soda and water.

Halls smelled bad, bathroom sink and tub had mold. No vent fan in bathroom, no lock on bathroom door. Very dated, bedding smelled like cologne.
