Expensive

The location was great and some of the staff was very helpful and it gave you know it was easy access out, but it was $150 cash deposit after I already paid only 91 for the make sense

My room didn’t have a phone for emergency and that the results of partying going on and there’s fights down the hall all night with her husband wife to go outside to smoke a cigarette and then they have to check the room before you get your deposit back and anything in that room is even worth 150 bucks if they were to remodel that hotel get some staff in there they can do it and run it and get people going in and out and promote it. I think you make lots of money

Never again, had to check out one day early & got a room elsewhere

Nothing. It was a horrible property. Dirty, no front desk staff to assist. Overall awful experience.

It was filthy. Torn & dirty bedding. Towels were cheap and hard. Mold growing in tub. Faucet in tub falling off. Shower curtain rod not attached to the wall.

The are trying but not quite there yet

You could tell they are trying to remodel and make it nicer. The lady at the counter was very nice. The rooms were a good size for a standard room. The maintenance man was also nice. The breakfast was decent and offered a variety, such as, biscuits and gravy ( no sausage or bacon), waffles, egg flats, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, muffins and cereal so that was nice. Target was close and so was a variety of restaurants. Starbucks, Sonic, Hooters , Dave and Busters to name a few...

We had 3 rooms. 2 of our guest weren't provided blankets (one queen bed and one pull out couch), the laundry lady had left for the day and the maintenance man gave us some extra sheets. The TV/remote wasn't working properly in one room, and the ac unit was loud and rattling. The curtains had either blood or some sort of stain on it and the carpet has stains as well. Most of the light bulbs in our room needed to be replaced. The location was a little sketchy on the outside.

Disappointing

The doors on the elevator and the breakfast

1. Harnessed by staff about the cart 2. Hallways/ rooms had a weird smell 3. Called down at 1130 pm to say we were checked into the wrong room and after about a half hour of listening to the lady talk in a foreign language she told me that I would be getting a refund because I was over charged (I needed to come down at that time of night for that right!?) 4. Water in shower turns scalding hot randomly. 5. Had 4 people staying in our room and had 3 flat pillows so asked for an extra pillow and was told “well this was for someone else but here take it” and it had a stain on it.

Disgusting! Nasty!

I was completely disgusted with this place! I've never in my life seen a hotel as nasty as this place! Pubic hairs on the floor and furniture everywhere!

We were moved to three different rooms and they were all just as equally nasty. They refused to give my money back so I had no choice but to stay there. It did not look like the rooms were even cleaned at all. Hair all over the bathroom. Muddy footprint in front of the tub. Blood on the toilet seat. Hair all over the toilet. Urine all over the back of the toilet. Used soap still in the shower. Furniture so stained up I would not sit on it. Walls and cabinets had dried food or body fluids all over it. Blood on the wall next to the headboard.

HORRIBLE STAY NEVER WILL I COME BACK

Room was not clean properly, blanket had pee stains on them and had to wait 1gr fir them to was them. No extra blanket clean . Hotel and room smell like sewage . Bathroom was dirty carpet needs to be clean really bad. Blankets had cigarette burns. Room just snell horrible and all you smell in Marijuana in the hotel on top of the sewage smell. Employees were very rude each night quest services customers services was horrible .

Fix the small and do better cleaning the rooms. And clean the carpet in the rooms . Make sure the sheets are clean

Well worth the $50 night stay just done except water pressure.

A great stay and pleasant night shift girl. They overbooked so we were upgraded to a suite with living area. BONUS 2 nice big Samsung tvs in our room.

Room 908 had zero water pressure and shower curtain wouldn’t close which was very frustrating!!!

Never again!

Nothing- there were homeless people everywhere- not sure what was going on there. I was scared and could not stay there as a single traveling female.

Parking lot had no parking spots- was dark and not lit up.

Quick, clean, and priced right.

The front desk lady was very nice and responded quickly to questions and concerns. Our room was clean, and the price was great.

No meat on the breakfast, and only sweet cereals to choose from. As a diabetic, I was grateful for eggs and peanut butter.

Great staff terrible neighbors

Staff was wonderful. Place was clean. Liked I couldn't here traffic being on the 6th floor. Was warm and offered a work out room..

Neighbors was slamming doors tell 1 am .talking out in the hall tell 1 am. People above on floor 7 stomped around tell after 1 . Blanket was torn. But that was not a deal breaker. Food was good but bland. Only biscuit and gravy and eggs as the main breakfast and cereal and milk..no meat .juice was good . No curtains to pull so it could block out the eaely morning sun .also the breakfast area was soooo cold. Due to the frigid Temps. Couldn't take food to the rooms was a bad idea. Was soooo cold in there. I would stay again. It was confy

A big hotel with a lot of potential

The staff was nice, upfront and honest. They shared that they'd been experiencing a lot of theft at the hotel, so I promised them I would leave the room in better shape than I found it. This hotel has a lot of potential. With some better housekeeping, this good hotel could easily become a great one!

The coffee pot in the room was dirty, and there was something moldy in the small refrigerator. There was visible dust buildup on bathroom light fixtures, and the room phone didn't work.

Breakfast was good. Everything was clean and nice. Loved the towels that were arranged in a decorative design. Front desk personnel were very nice. Easy and quick check in and out.

Location is convenient and staff is very friendly at front desk. They have a mini gym and store.

The room was nice but some areas had not been deep cleaned, which is an easy fix.

I wish it had been cleaner and had a much better breakfast.

The setup of the room was nice

The breakfast was pathetic. The room was DIRTY. Sticky stuff on the floor. Gross looking stains on the curtains in the bedroom, looked like blood. There was some kind of white liquid looking stain on the headboard and the night stand. The phone and alarm weren't plugged in because there weren't enough outlets. I definitely wouldn't stay here again.

This hotel will never meet your company standards.

Tables were only for 2. There was no selection on the breakfast bar. Biscuits were hard as rocks the only good item was the orange juice was t watered down.

Only fruit was apples. It had no variety at all. Very minimal

Worst hotel I ever stayed jn

Absolutely nothing

There was no hot water. It was Luke warm. The toilet was clogged and they gave me plunger to unclog it myself. The breakfast was horrible. Staff was rude.
