I’m still trying to get my money back

Booking. Com help the hotel scam me I was put in the smoking room where holes were in carpet I sheets dirty and lights didn’t work I felt as I was being watched though the mirror that hung on the wall and listening devices no sleep was able to be had and then my car was impounded and I wasn’t even notified by staff when I clearly listed my plate number at check in

The staff was great!

Rooms had a stale smell, housekeeping did not check to see if you needed cleaning or anything else! Specifically wanted a room with breakfast... there was NO breakfast, just Twinkies, rice crispy treats and some other NOT breakfast item!!! The website should NOT SAY THERE'S BREAKFAST AND THERE'S NOT!!

Horrible, don't do it!!!

Nothing was exceptable

I arrive at 2:30 pm. Check in was 3 pm, at 3:40 pm my room was still not available. I had some place to be by 5 pm. I needed to be checked and showered and gone by 4:15 pm. I had to get a refund. I was told that I needed to contact booking for my refund. I explained to them that information was not accurate, due to the fact booking did not take my money

Bad never coming back again

It’s a bit shady and the pillow cover had blood stains on them it was so bad.

It’s not maintained well.There were hairs all over the place especially in the bathrooms which was so disgusting,

The staff were unprofessional, after a long flight, I had to wait 1 hour in lobby for check in. Excuse: your room is not ready yet. The tub was dirty, one towel was dirty.

Room is okay for the price

For under $100, the room was okay. I was just staying for one night by myself, so just needed a bed for the night. The room had a fridge and microwave and the bed was comfortable. The room was decent sized and AC worked well. It could use some updates, but for the price it was fine.

The bathroom amenities were limited, but didn't expect much in this price range. The TV remote was dirty. It had some food or some other substance smeared on the back side. It wiped off pretty easily, but just shows the cleaning crew doesn't wipe off everything. The bath towels are horrible, but since I was only staying one day wasn't too big of an issue. I mean they "worked" as far as a towel goes, but they were really stiff and scratchy. (Funny note: there was a sign at the check-in desk offering towels for sale, because they are in such "high-demand".) The bathroom had a new "fancy" mirror with ambient lighting built into the mirror, but it wasn't very bright and it was the only light in the bathroom. Again, the room worked well for me for the one night. If I was staying longer or with my wife, I'd payed up for a better hotel.

Okay

Check in and check out was easy and quick. The workers were friendly and funny.

The towels were old,worn, and stained. The curtain had an ugly nasty stain on it.

I was happy to see that I could check in late

I unfortunately had to leave just a couple hours after arriving and was unable to get any sort of refund. Also the smoke detector had a bag over it which was pretty sketchy. Would have been happier to get my refund but they seemed more interested in keeping money from someone who didn't even get a nights rest.

at midnight there was a leak of water in the bathroom, having to notify the staff, interrupting the sleep of my daughter and husband, dirty towels, some with the smell of tobacco, a lot of noise.

It was decent.

The location was good. A lot of eating options within the area. The Asian Buffet next door was great especially after driving for almost 9 hours. Hotel was a good location from our family event venue (The Rosemary Barn). Especially liked the fact there was a back way to the hotel and not having to do a big circle to get back.

I did not like the fact that NO BREAKFAST was available. Only coffee and juice and a vending machine. When I made my reservation on Booking.com it said Breakfast Included. The TV was a pain every time you turned it on you had to wait for it to scan all the available channels.

no stopper in the tub. it was not actually an accessible tub. I had to climb in and out. Room had not been cleaned between 8:15am and 3:30 pm. I just got towels and called it a day. the early morning desk person was the best!

Was a horrible experience. I was in town to celebrate my daughter's birthday.

I liked that there was food and gas close by. Walmart was close by. And they had ice. Other than that it sucked

The manager checked me in. He didn't honor the price and pretended to not see my full reservation. Charges me for 2 rooms at a different price than reserved for. Then calls an hour later and said he found the full reservation and has the room available. Well there was only 2 of us traveling. We wanted one room for the each of us. He wanted to charge me for the 3rd room that I originally had reserved. I asked him why would I pay for a 3rd room that will be empty. He refused to return the extra money he charged for the rooms, even after he supposedly found the full reservation. He was rude and told me take it up with booking.com. However I'm never using booking.com again or any of the super 8 motels again.
