Room and bed were clean, and the hotel was much quieter than other hot in the area.

hotel common areas and room sofa were ratty and had seen better days. Overall it was adequate , but not someplace I’d want to linger and do anything but sleep.

The bathtub was rusted out by the drain on the inside, and I was afraid to use it, it needed to be fixed!!!

Everything was relatively clean and the bed was very comfortable

Even with help our door key didn’t work all the time and was frustrating. Shower was not that great and the floor was dirty

It was okay for basic needs. Didn't participate in the breakfast. The area didn't smell good to me.

Housekeeping knocked on the door at 0730 which was not ok. Found a sock that wasn't ours left on the arm of the chair. Even though we were in a non smoking room there was a definite smell of cigarettes and pot in the hall.

Breakfast had a decent selection. Plenty of parking.

No elevator. A little outdated.

The sheets and mattress were the most comfortable my sister and I have ever slept in. Super COMFY! The staff was also very nice.

My sister smelled pet urine in the carpet and she saw two tiny cockroaches.

On the way to Toronto.

The room was damp, had cockroaches, AC was blowing out stale humid air, the carpet damp. If it was not because we were exhausted, it was late and have a young family we would of walked out. Left suitcases in the car and slept in travel clothes. Do not stay here. Pool was full of local people not guests. Did not have breakfast because if cockroaches are in the bedroom can imagine what the kitchen has. Lighting was poor. .Bad call.
