We ended up leaving after the first night due to roaches infestation. They were walkig on the bed, nightstand and got in

A home away from home in the best possible location!

Not only is the location the absolute best for a beat vacation but the staff that work here really make the difference. I feel like they are my friends at this point. Always so kind they really go the extra mile to make sure that your stay is special. This is by far my favorite place on the beach and I consider it my home away from home. Thank you to the entire amazing team.

Very pleasant!

Everything was clean, smelled good. Staff was super nice. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful and very knowledgeable. Was right on the beach. Great location. Will be coming back again for sure!

There was nothing we didn't like! Very nice place.

Quick day trip to the beach with the family. Last minute reservation

Staff was helpful and friendly

Some minor maintenance tweaks would definitely do the hotel some good. There seemed to be a lot of clutter in open rooms and corners

We enjoyed our stay and plan to book again next year at Comfort Inn!

Food at breakfast was very good. Coffee was fair and location was great with ocean scenery. I sat near a window!! We loved sitting on the balcony in our room! Everything seemed very clean which is important to me!!

I didn’t like the coffee that was in the room.

We greatly enjoyed our stay .

Right on the Ocean !!! Beautiful views. Room location was excellent. good variety offered at breakfast. this particular room needs the bathtub bottom smoothed out, but served the purpose. OBX was on my bucket list so truly enjoyed the experience at an affordable price.

only issue we had was the coarse bottom of the bathtub. it would have been nice to have enjoyed a hot tub or heated pool. the pool was closed, but our time was limited and we were busy site seeing!

Very relaxing and lots of fun

The location is great, beach access is good with a nice deck and comfortable chairs. The ocean views from the oceanfront rooms is perfect. The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful.

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like. The structure is older and a little worn but it’s a great value for the price. The only inconvenience was that the coffee pot didn’t work in the breakfast room and you had to go downstairs to get coffee but I don’t think that could be helped.

I would never stay at this hotel again.

The location on the water was perfect.

The Bay view was very disappointing. The residents beside the hotel could look right in the room from their property. The windows should be tinted so no one can look in. The bathroom are really small. The room was not clean. There was dust and mold on the ac unit. The floor in the room was not clean.

We will definitely return

The location of this property was excellent right on the beach and near attractions and restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. Off-season pricing was fantastic. It’s an older property but well maintained.

Prepaid for the room so we stayed!

The entire hotel is very dirty. With the amount of staff it should be clearer. House keeping were the only ones really working... The older lady that answers the phone is very bothered by you asking for anything. When checking on there was a very rancid smell in our room. Not sure maybe a dead mouse or bad black mold? We asked to change rooms and she sent Maintenance up to see and he unwillingly agreed it smelled he left and came back with a large Lawn and Garden Pump Sprayer full of Lysol spray and started spraying the ceiling bed basically the entire room. I said I have a headache and would like to please move rooms. So He called the lady at the front and she on the walkie talkie not wanting to finally agreed.

Superb

Absolutely loved the view of the ocean from my balcony. The sound of the waves and fresh air is a major stress relief. I’m going through a divorce and just needed some time just me and my son. The ocean has always been my stress reliever.

Outside balcony doors could actually be painted.

Overall, it's an amazing hotel because they are super dog friendly and the location is unbeatable.

Location was amazing! Directly on the beach and our room had ocean view. The entire staff is super friendly and everyone seemed to love dogs!

The facility is a little outdated and our bathroom had issues draining the water in the bathtub and in the sink. The housekeeping missed a few days to make up our room and we needed to get fresh towels and toilet paper at the front desk on those days.

I enjoyed they employees and the old balcony for the sunrises.

Very old. Th huge soaker tubs in the sleeping areas could be removed. They take up a ton of space which could be used for a sitting area to give the room more appeal. Landscaping and parking lot need help some TLC too.

Great Location - Clean Room - However the Hotel is really "dated" for the price per night.

It was nice breakfast was offered. The staff kept the food filled. It was kept up and clean

The Food flavor was sub-par - Food was not particularly hot. Coffee did not have cream - just little creamers, the actual pitchers for the cream was empty.

Ocean front and very clean. Friendly staff!!

Pet friendly but we knew that before we booked. What we didn’t know was that some of theses “pet” parents would let their dogs (most of them where big) use the bathroom and never clean it up or even worse just kick sand over it. Sadly the hotel can’t control that.

Too expensive, even with the great locatio, for the mediocre product offered.

Room was adequate for our needs.

rooms need updating. Elevators were dirty. Rooms and bathrooms very basic which I would understand if this was located off a major highway. But this was a tower located on the ocean in the Outer Banksof NC. And the rental rates were very high. I would not stay there again.

Passable

The staff was very sweet! They were wonderful!

There was only one elevator the entire week. The carpeting was stained in the main areas and in the rooms. There was no regular room cleaning service. The amount of money we spent was outrageous for the decrepit hotel in which we stayed. We will not be staying here ever again!

Great stay, hotel, location, breakfast, parking, and staff were all GREAT.

Great location, right on the beach, clean and comfortable rooms, professional staff and reasonable rates. Breakfast was nice and included with the stay. Hotel is undergoing some updates but that didn't affect our stay.

we enjoyed our stay and ocean view.. staff was great.. breakfast was good .. had lots of choices

location to beach .. and to other family members

had 2 elevators but only 1 working.. other guests said they were there in Dec 2022 and the same elevator that isn’t working now was broken then . Some other guests said you were waiting on inspections.. I don’t know what the story is but you should definitely have 2 working elevators in a hotel that size
