Exceptional

The hotel was much cleaner than many we have been to in the past. The breakfast host was the sweetest and the food was very exceptional and had a few different things to choose from. The people at the desk at checking were very nice. Over all would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fine. No complaints.

Our room was on the second floor and every morning the kids above us would stomp and run. Don’t put kids on the third f

location was close to our family in Niceville.

construction of the building was horrible! Paper thin walls and floors. Parking was tight.

Excellent!

The location was excellent and it was extremely quiet. We left each day to go into Destin and where the hotel was located it made the trip one of ease. The front desk personnel was on point from check-in to check-out. We were greeted coming and leaving. Karen even came to our room when the cable box needed to reset after the storm.

You guys rock and we will book again!

Every everything was nice and fresh and hot. The coffee was good. The orange juice was good and the serving lady was very nice and helpful.

I didn’t like having the room next to the elevator it makes a lot of noise

Breakfast was great, I like that the hours accommodated our schedule. Very early on our first morning and later on the second.

I appreciate that you had 4 pillows on each queen bed, but the pillows should be of differing firmness. They were all squishy and provided very little support. That made my sleep much more restless than I had hoped for.

Great location-Close to the beach

The property is clean and the staff are all friendly.

Over all the stay was okay

We slept in so I didn't have breakfast location was okay

Bathroom was smaller then the normal size that we were use to but I know you couldn't do anything about that of course. It's the way the hotel was built. Tried to sleep in and couldn't it was loud in the hallway and the people above us acted like they were having a party 😒 up there

Location was great, staff very nice, rooms very clean.

Price was a little high even higher booking directly through them. Breakfast was ok, bed was ok.

Exceptional

The staff was so friendly. The rooms were clean and had plenty of amenities. The hot breakfast was great and had lots of variety. The location was conveniently located close to Destin, The AFB, and Okaloosa Island.

The pillows and bed were not the most comfortable
