We were accommodated for an early check in. Staff rearranged rooms for a downstairs room.

We had to move a bed to access a plug in.

Kindness speaks volumes!

First and foremost, after driving for 2 days and tired of the holiday traffic, we received a very friendly welcome from the motel owner! He exceeded in helping us with a nice room and was very informative of the areas of interest and in helping us get the most out of our trip! Thank you!

NOTHING, THE ROOM WAS NOT LIKE ADVERTISED & PEOPLE WERE DOING DRUGS RIGHT OUTSIDE OF THE ROOM DOORS.! OWNER IS A MAJOR POSER.! DON'T STAY AT THIS DUMP !

Superb

Mayur, the owner, was extremely friendly and kind. He was a pleasure to chat with at check-in and check-out. The room was exactly what we expected and what we needed after a day at Channel Islands. We would stay here again.

I was surprised how updated

It was charming and nothing like the few poor reviews indicated. The proprietor went out of his way to help us. The has a microwave and refrigerator in the room

They didn't have coffee in the room.

Conveniently located, clean, very nice host.

No coffee machine or a kettle of any kind. But the office can give you hot water on request.

Maybe it was just my room?

The owner was very nice. Bed was comfortable

Loud. No sound proofness both from the traffic on the street and from people just talking outside or next door. Had random people knock on my door: 10pm, 11pm, last time was 3am. Thought it was the neighbors but turned out to be people looking for the people who stayed there previously. It was raining one night and despite all windows closed water leaked into my room and soaked the bedsheets on my bed; I had to switch to other bed. I was a single girl in town for work. You can imagine I slept terribly. This was probably my worst hotel experience.

My need for a clean room with a kitchen was met, and the man at the front desk was very friendly.

The most important thing was that there was a full, functioning kitchen.

The stairs and corridor to the room need refurbishing.

Not being on crutches bc I preferred the 2nd floor.

Exceptional

We reserved the family suite with the full kitchen. Staff was 200% amazing. The rooms were clean and spacious. Close to dining, shopping and the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enjoyed lots of privacy with lots of space!

I have zero complaints, I will reserve the family suite again!
