Ok value, we were able to leave our car for a month. Otherwise, this hotel needs to work of the transition from Quality

Super comfortable bed. Not far from airport. But that’s about it. New-hires trying their best.

The ‘shuttle’ is actually a Lyft/Uber that the desk calls for. But in Syracuse this can mean a long wait. We flew In late and had a 20 minute discussion about the lack of a ride, got our own taxi and then had to ask for reimbursement.

We would stay here again and hope that the cart availability situation would be better.

We were put in the handicapped room, which for us, at age 70, was wonderful. We appreciated the safety features and large bathroom. The bed was great. We would love to stay in this room again!

There were no luggage carts available when we needed them so we had to carry all of our luggage and bags ourself and it took 3 trips to the 3rd floor. One of the carts showed up eventually, but had a broken wheel. This was an inconvenience to us to have to carry everything, which was a lot, because we stayed for a week.

Very uncomfortable sleep and rough stay there.

Location was great. Very convenient to many stores and the studio my daughter competes at.

Lots of broken and outdated items. Fridge was broken. We had to swap out with a different fridge by ourselves. reserved a double queen room. they placed us in a single king bed with pull out sofa. Husband sat on sofa bed and fell thru do to the bed missing the springs to hold bottom half on bed frame. outlet on lamps so loose phone chargers don’t stay in.

The conference center was nice

The room was good size and fairly clean

The check in was slow and bad left my boots in the room went back later they told me I would have to leave and call tomorrow called and no boots were found bull!!

The staff was nice but unfortunately my stay was not comfortable due to the uncleanliness.

Complementary breakfast and staff was very nice. Location was 6 minutes from the facility we were visiting.

The bathroom wall tile had mildew caked up in the corners. There was strands of hair on out sheets. The bottom of the tub was dirty so much so I could not shower due to the unsanitary conditions.

It felt like a motel was having a frat party

The location was completely on point! It was right off the exit and east to get to. The complimentary breakfast was very convenient .

When we pulled up to the hotel about 35 bikers were partying under the car port drinking and smoking. They were super nice but it was super awkward and uncomfortable for my children . They had basically moved all of the hotels interior furniture outside. We avoided the main entrance for the remainder of our stay after the party grew to about 60 ppl. Our room was dirty and even had a toy left behind. we only had one towel in our suite. If it hadn’t been such an awkward situation I would have changed rooms. Saturday when we arrived it was one lady working and she was doing her best to keep every one happy and safe so I don’t put any blame on her.

amazing stay

the rooms are good sized the hotel staff is very polite the pool was clean there were always pool towels available front desk answered calls in respectable time frame the breakfast was very good and plenty of seating area in dining area to eat among other guests if needed extra room items they were always available

the sofa bed didn’t have sheets on it when we went to use it and was very wore out mattress needs replaced

Worked for what I needed but did not exceed expectations.

It was a convenient location, and the pool for the kids was a perk.

The pool was not heated and there was no jacuzzi for adults. I also had trouble with the bolt locking on the inside the first night and the power had gone out and shut off the room key the second night.

We stayed one night. I wouldn't stay there again. It's gone wayyyy downhill!

The breakfast was adequate.

Our room was hot (even though I turned the blower wayyy down and on the lowest setting) and stuffy and smelly. It was not very clean and I actually went and bought a candle to burn in the room to help with the stale odor.

Staff was very friendly, location was great easy to get to.

The pool was dirty with dead bugs, the pull out couch mattress and mattresses on the beds had very large stains all over, there was moldy bread in the bread container at breakfast.

we enjoyed the vacation away from home and stay quite often here.

love the pools and many entrances so we could park closer to our room.

there was no towels in by the pool ever)went there 3 times) and we requested more towels for our room and none were ever brought

My check in was a total nightmare! worst experience I have ever had. if it weren’t for Danielle, I’m not sure what would have happened! she is a total,gem and I hope the company acknowledges that!

Excellent except for sofa bed

Very clean and up to date. Very good breakfast

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. You could feel every spring. They really need to be upgraded to feel as comfortable as a regular bed mattress.

Easy to get to from highway. I thought since i had stayed there previously my stay would be similar but I was wrong.
