كانت مقبوله وكنا نتمني ان تكون ممتازه كعاده كل مره !!

قربه من امكان كثيرة مناسبة لي وكذلك معرفه بعض الموظفين منذ عده انواع ييسر لي بعض الامور والخدمات بطريقه افضل وأسرع

هناك أعمال تجديد وترميم داخل أروقه الفندق وبعض الغرف وبالتالي انتشار الاتربه وكذلك الأصوات العاليه المزعجه منذ الصباح الباكر للأسف ! لم يكن هناك شماعات داخل دواليب الملابس وكذلك نواقص وملاحظات كثيره للأسف !

Would not stay again!

Upon arrival after check in time we had to wait for a room to be cleaned. The room was outdated, had a stale smell, and AC unit was not getting cool. White linens on the bed looked yellow stained. Carpet was very old and crunchy. The location was sketchy. People were walking in the street, drinking, yelling, fighting, and as I pulled back into the parking lot a stranger from the street walked upto my car window asking if he could buy a cigarette. Guests were loitering in the parking lot drinking alcohol and being loud after midnight. I would advise to be sure you lock your car doors even while you are in it. The room door was not very secure and the extra locks weren’t functioning properly. The free breakfast was a waffle only, nothing else was bought out. I am not making complaints, as the hotel was only used to crash for one night after a concert before going back home long distance. If I had booked it for more than one night I would have been like other guests and asked for a refund and found another place to sleep. The staff were nice but had no problem discussing their personal life loudly while we were waiting in the lobby for our room to be ready.

Hotel ran out of rags and towels. Hotel smelled old and like urine. Light fixtures in room did not have light bulbs. Bed was broke.

definitely an experience

noisy there was a marijuana pipe in the drawer and the room smelled very badly of smoking weed. there was no more handicap rooms available to switch us to so we had to make a regular room work but all had to sleep together because it was a king room no more double rooms available.

The staff was pleasant and very professional. I was welcomed as I arrived and felt at home. Robyn was very courteous and made sure that I had all that I needed for a very great stay.

Deal with the pest problem

The staff was stellar and very kind. I appreciated them and had no trouble getting into my room.

The entire building, especially the room smelled like mothballs and was a sensory overload. There were roaches crawling around the bathroom at night and made me feel like I had bugs crawling on me all night, impacting my sleep 100%

Yes! Melvin, is super at his job.Melvin, is one of a kind and went extreme measures to accommodate me!! My stay at Baymont Suites is also above and beyond.I 'am a diamond reward customer and this is why, I keep coming back to diamond services.I travel a lot and I will always choose Baymont when in the Carolinas, because of people like Melvin.He's amazing and please give him desirable raise and promotion.Because I m gonna share with others at my company and etc.And that will bring more people to your business.

Robin and Amos were very, very, very, pleasant and kind.They both went out of there way to make my stay comfortable.They need a raise!!! I:am a diamond rewards customer and they treated me as such.Also, I like to thank the African American man for finding my I phone charger, he also went the extra mile to do so! I've forgotten his name.But he was the man who checked me out! Keep up the good work.

The "Non-Smoke" Room was HORRIBLE. The room had a terrible smell of mold and weed. There were bugs in the bathtub.

This hotel seriously needs an upgrade.

Location to I40 was great.

The Desk Clerk had gone home sick and no one came to check us in for over half an hour. The overall hotel is very run down in appearance. Walking down the corridors felt unsafe and people actually leave there doors ajar which generally makes one wonder what goes on in that type of place. It just seemed very seedy and the lighting was poor in the parking lot, halls and entry way. Side Doors did not lock outside. Decor very dated. Bathrooms appeared worn down and did not feel like it was where we wanted to shower. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I'd never stay here again.

The main lobby smelled musty/moldy. The room was dusty/dirty. The finishes were rusty. No hot water in the shower. The shower was filthy.

Entire hotel and room smelt like marijuana. There was no hot room. There were bugs on the air conditioning unit. Worst stay I have ever had!! Didn't even get to stay the second night it was that bad.
