Excellent choice for location and value

Quiet room Excellent and patient receptionist Mr. Gabe who gave me exactly the room I wanted. Was also quick to respond to any questions I had! Location of this place excellent

Nice room but if I want to relax I will stay elsewhere.

Pool view from balcony and staff was nice

No pool towels our entire stay poolside. Several children left at pool unattended and were allowed to yell and scream rough house making relaxing poolside impossible. So much for a quiet relaxing getaway. I counted 42 children in pool at one time.

Location, location as it was close to entertainment park and restaurants.

The AC didn’t work, the room was too hot. Unable to reach the office clerk from the room.

We will not stay here ever again.

Nothing. It is not as described or how it was in pictures.

Check in staff was barely able to talk. Didn’t explain where the room was properly. Rooms are outdated and old property. Grossly overpriced.

Great location! Big room, but very basic, low service.

The location is attached to the Windmill Food Hall, which is also an event space, and across the street from the Outlet Mall, which was very convenient for food and shopping. The outlet mall also has restaurants and a Starbucks. Also liked the salt water pool which is not heated but didn't need it.

No extra pillows or blanket for the queen sleeper and we were 3, so needed them. We had to go to the desk to get them. This is a low service property, no housekeeping during stay, but it was comfortable and had a small, but nice pool.

Close to Legoland and The Carlsbad Outlets

It was dirty. There were even goldfish crackers on the floor from previous occupants. The next day I asked to move to a different room for our second night of stay, the room did not have a working telephone, I had to call the front desk using my celphone. And when I requested for extra towels, I had to pick them up myself since there was nobody to bring it to the room. Front desk staff were friendly though.

Dirty, they won’t clean your room daily unless you ask for it, (I was not told this) yet they charge you an amenity fee.

Not a great deal at all for the price you pay!

Location, shower was nice and powerful!!! They were quick to replace the faceplate for the Ac that was not working. Also when the air-conditioning in the bridal suite, do a quick to come as well and try to rectify the situation.

They need to replace the beds. We slept on a king bed. Uncomfortable and every time my daughter or I moved, or if we were trying to sleep or just sitting on the bed, it creeks like the springs were bad. Also if you have a king size bed, maybe add another chair in the room.

Location is the best part of this hotel

Smelled a little musty. There was not enough toilet paper. No microwave. House keeper did not come in 2 days

Travelled for anniversary and jacuzzi was filthy and not operational. When I booked I booked wanting a jacuzzi in working order. Our second day no room service. We called for towels and delivered 3 bath towels no hand towels no wash cloths. Very disappointing!

Not a favorite

Checking in and out was quick and easy.

The temp in the the room was getting warmer and warmer I’m not sure if the thermostat was working after turning it off and restarting on cool the heat just kept rising so eventually I turned off the thermostat and had to open the sliding door

The Air conditioner didn’t seem to be working well. We had it at 65 degrees but the room felt around 73 degrees the whole time.
