After being transferred to another room that was worse than the first, we left and went somewhere el

Nothing. Kevin was super nice.

The rooms were a disgusting nite mare. Black mold all over the ceilings and walls, the furniture was soiled and stunk. Extremely outdated.

It was ok

The hotel looked cool inside where you can see each level. It was in a good area, close to.thngs. The rooms were clean for the most part. Staff was very nice and had great smiles!

Did not like the idea of ants crawling in the bathroom the next morning when I woke up. (I have video), the bathroom door had a hole in it, and it was extremely loud outside the door. Not sure what was going on but could hear lots of people walking and laughing. This hotel doesn't seem the most kid friendly. Good if traveling and need to stay and then go. Also the coffee half and half was solid and old. Not even liquid!!!

Great place to stay for the money.. Close to PTI airport with shuttle.

great social hour offered. They offered drinks and cheese and nachos and trail mix for a snack.Staff was frienldy and helpful.. Room was wonderful

Long lines at the omelet bar. The selection at the fruit bar was very limited. It seemed to run out of the mixed fruit & substituted a bowl of whole fruit out

Excellent but expensive place to stay when flying in/out of Greensboro airport.

The reception staff was excellent. The happy hour was great. My flight was very early so I missed the breakfast. I used a long term parking company that used the hotel's parking lot as the long term parking location for my car. I chose this hotel to stay at because of this long-term parking connection. Besides the costs this was an excellent experience.

the stay was great just didn't like the paid parking

location was great.

don't understand why I had to pay $10 a day for parking in a open lot with no deck or security and a sign posted park at you on risk.

It was very nice. The staff was great. It was clean. The location was good.

The bar needs to be in a separate area with doors. We had a hard time sleeping until after the bar closed. The people at the bar were very loud, and we could hear them in our room.

Decent stay for 1 night.

The layout of the hotel is nice. Rooms were nice.

Cockroaches were in the pool area. They charged us $10 to park.

It was not what I expected from Embassy.

The reception and free breakfast.

The pool was filthy and eventually had to be closed. There were teenagers running all over the entire hotel all hours of the night. I complained several times.

Overall our stay was great. Our grandkids made friends at the pool while having fun.

I loved the waterfall. I also loved how the staff especially Sasha was attentive to our needs

There's only 2 small elevators for the entire hotel and one was broken. The pool is small and the atea is dirty.

Awesome trip!! We had a very nice time

Rooms were clean and comfortable, The beds slept well, Interior was dated but still nice. The pool was relaxing. The location was centered around exterior amenities.

Staff at the front desk the morning of our check out was rude. you could tell she had a bad morning, because she was taking it out on others.

I like the size. Had a king bed suite. The breakfast bar was nice. Had a make your own omelet chef there. When i checked in the hotel. the receptionist was very polite and courtesy. He gave a complimentary coupon for two free drinks during their daily open refreshment section. The soda machine was free 24 hours with hot coffee or tea.. the room was clean. There are no issues with my room or stay. .

The 10.00 per night for parking.
