Nice staff but get NOTHING for my money.

Staff very friendly, very helpful at main desk and breakfast area Price was extremely high for no fresh towels next day, had to get my own..

I paid alot for 2 days, could at least empty pail fredh towles and pick up bath mat, I don't mind about bed and cleaning room, I even had to get toilet paper from lady from another floor, I don't blame cleaning lady, I blame hotel, for not putting my room on list she had, you clean rooms every other day, we'll I should of paid you every other day. I believe, you pay for what service you receive, which was NOTHING

It was nice, clean and the staff was professional, friendly, and courteous.

We found plenty to enjoy at breakfast. The size of the room was excellent. We did not use the maid service, preferring to keep our room private and we were happy the staff respected that. The parking being validated was a nice perk.

Get a hot tub! Heat the pool. For those of us with NO kids along, perhaps some time at the pool without kids would be nice. If you're going to sell Starbucks, have the staff learn how to operate/mix. On two separate occasions, the cup of coffee had no milk, just foam. So not cool.

Hotel was nice, overnight front desk personnel made our stressful trip, not so stressful.

The Hyatt in Bethlehem was a saving grace for us in an emergency trip to visit a family member in the hospital. During our trip, we received days of continuous bad news but each night we got back to the hotel and the overnight front desk clerk was so kind and understanding of our situation. From checkin to getting some fresh air in the middle of the night, We couldn’t have asked for a better assistance. She made sure we were taken care of and our needs were met throughout of stay.

We love Hyatt, we were expecting a restaurant, but comfortable stay.

Would definitely return due to friendly staff and clean rooms.

Very nice staff. Easy access to Lehigh University, shopping and dining.

Parking was very convenient with a parking garage across the street, however people loitering in front of the garage makes some feel unsafe.

Comodo y Simple, cumple si vas solo por trabajo.

Habitaciones comodas. Buenas camas y lugar limpio. Comodidad de tener el edificio de estacionamiento al frente y a precio plano.

No es lo que acostumbro de Hyatt. Algo simple el Hotel y el lugar de desayuno muy pequeño para la cantidad de personas. Terminamos llevándonos el desayuno a la habitación.

We'll be back!

Have stayed here three times in recent years and plan to return whenever we visit Moravian U. Enjoy the room layout, comfort, hotel location, friendly staff, and easy parking access.

It is a waste of time to fold the toilet paper into a point, but it seems that Corporate wants this to continue as some sort of fancy look. What I desire in hotels is cleanliness and comfort - never frivolous touches like pointed toilet paper ends! I've talked with many hotel staff about this and the majority are in agreement with me: A WASTE OF TIME.

Just memorable

The room set up and the building is in the middle of everything it’s truly a beautiful place to stay

The hotel was clean and aesthetically appealing.

I have contemplated even writing a review but after not hearing back from management, I felt it was called for. We had an issue with the hotel pending two charges on our debit card. When I asked about it, they tried to blame booking, my bank, basically anyone but themselves. I'm big on taking ownership of mistakes and I have more respect for those who are honest. It was apparent that wasn't the case for this hotel. In addition, we were put in a handicap accessible room. Not too big of a deal but definitely not ok to take away from those who need it. I wouldn't base Hyatt Place off of this one experience as I've stayed at other Hyatts and had wonderful experiences. But honestly, for the same price, you are better off staying at the local casino.

Second time staying here. Would stay again. Very clean, and staff very helpful.

Clean , large rooms. Very friendly staff. Check in was fast.

Breakfast was just ok. Not a variety to choose from. Parking across the street in the garage is a little concerning.

They do not offer airport transportation when we asked we were told we could leave only at 6:45a when the airline employees went in we tried to utilize airport transport from the airport to the hotel and were told the driver wasn’t going out for pick up. extremely disappointed

A hotel with unprofessional and impolite staff

I liked the rooms, except when the staff moved me and my tenant who I took there to show a property to the second floor from the third floor. First, they told me that they would have a room on the third floor with two queen beds for the second night, but all that changed. The hotel was definitely not full. They should have kept their promise and given us the room I paid for on the same floor. I have never been treated this poorly In any hotel.

I didn't like the way I got treated like a second class citizen after having to switch from the king bed room with a sofa bed to a room with two queen beds on the second floor. I was promised a switch on the same floor and that I could get into it right after 12 noon. Mind you, this is what the staff person offered. That became after 2 pm. Also, we were promised first that we could keep our bags in the third floor king room, but after we took our bags up there, they told us to bring them back down.I found the staff unprofessional and unwelcoming.
