Disappointing and overall bad experience.

The bed was comfortable,

The room was semi clean, it was a overwhelming variety of different furniture the whole stay was more like a low end of the hotel accommadations. Plus they charged me a extra 100.00 when I got there, saying that they had made a mistake in the 150.00 I book the room for and I booked a king size bed and they moved me into a small kitchen suite which had a king size bed but a crappy kitchen that looked bad. I won't stay there again.

After checking in and seeing the place, we asked for our $$ back and did NOT stay!

Did not stay after seeing the hotel and room,

Broken screens, poor curtains, no security lock door into the hotel, scratched old furniture, no locks on the windows, old looking and run down.

It was adequate at best and it was overpriced.

It was convenient to my visit location.

The facility was in bad repair. The room was noisy. The price was high given those conditions.

This was the most disgusting hotel room I’ve ever seen.

I did not get the reservation I made online and prepaid for. I reserved a king room and was given two queens. The desk guy told me I was lucky he didn’t charge me double. There was a dirty washcloth in the bathroom. The shower water didn’t drain. The sheets were dirty-a hair in one bed and actual dirt in the other. The frig had bad odor-couldn’t put anything in it. The vanity sink had food in the drain hole, so that was clogged too.

Staff was good and room was good so stay was good.

The room was clean and the beds were very nice.

The property is old and looks it. The laundry room was very dirty though.

Great comfortable value for money.

Comfortable, great shower pressure. Rooms quiet. Great value for money and friendly reception staff.

No elevator, no problem for me but don't remember it being mentioned in the booking information. May cause issues for those less able.

Our room on initial glance looked untidy. Beer bottle was found under one bed and didn’t want to check under the other

Outside could be updated and parking lot repaired. outside door around needs fixed or replaced.

Not a place we'll stay again

The front desk girl was amazing. So kind and sweet.

Rooms were not very clean, very dated, carpets were pretty gross, curtains were falling off, and beds were very uncomfortable. I'd think with Wyndham having their name on it, it would be a much nicer place.

Won't stay again, nor would I recommend it.

Rooms were old and run down. Trash over flowing out side Security seemed lacking. Just not up to the level that I'm used to when staying at your hotel chain

Horrific

Nothing It was a horrible disgusting place we were put into two different rooms and both beds were filled with hair

Everything this place is your company a bad name best thing you could do is close it down

It was a nightmare.

The room was to have a recliner for me to sleep in and it didn’t which Caused me to be awake for 2 days. The roller was so low that it was hard for a person with disabilities. The shades where torn in the window. The bathroom door was tore up. We where told it came with a contenenial breakfast which it didn’t. I would never stay there again.

Excellent, service office manager was there for me when I locked myself out of the room and I couldn't open safety lock

The screaming kids an all the restaurants around the hotel were closed
