pessimo atendimento

Quando chegamos no hotel fomos recepcionados por uma recepcionista que nao quis falar seu nome e nao tinha a menor vontade de entender nosso inglês ou se fazer ser compreendida. Gostaria que ela pegasse meu numero de reserva para confirmar e ela so confirmava mediante ao pgto de $100 dolares. Ela nao queria explicar o pq, so falava mediante ao deposito do caução. Nosso amigo quis ir ao banheiro na recepção, depois de uma longa viagem, e isso ela falou que apenas apos o pgto do caução. Atendimento péssimo. Cafe da manha fraquíssimo e tinha uma funcionaria que ficava gritando quantos minutos faltava pra encerrar o cafe como se fosse um presidio.

Eigentlich kann ich die Fragen nicht beantworten, denn uns ist etwas passiert, was mir bei vielen Auslandsbesuchen noch nie passiert ist. Das Hotel war gebucht, wir kamen an und mein Reisepass wurde nicht anerkannt als "ID". Der freundliche junge Mann an der Rezeption meinte, nur die "Driver License" sei eine gültige "ID". Wie sollte wohl ein Deutscher zu einem amerikanischen Führerschein kommen? Alles Diskutieren half nicht, wir wurden nicht aufgenommen. Der Mann stornierte unsere Buchung und wir standen ohne Unterkunft da - erstmal.

Trains right out the window all hours of the day AND night

Right next to the train tracks. It’s very loud - period. It’s not worth the inexpensive price. Don’t do it!

Great value. Clean room.

I'm sure the room was recently updated. Very clean...only a small stain on the chair. The hallways need new carpet so I was dubious at first. But, when I entered my room my fears were washed away.

Great place, great price!

Clean building and room, fairly close to my work site, great price, nice staff.

The trains were noisy. However, since I've stayed there several times, I booked in spite of the trains. No problem!

Safe with overbearing rules

Easy to get to yet felt tucked away. Beds and breakfast were good.

Hotel policy is no one can go to your room or use the facilities- our grandkids were not allowed to visit. The pool was not open nor could we invite our family back if it was. Every person in our party had to show ID.

Superb

Best value in town. Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Easy access to 50, 25 and 96. Located within an hour or 2 to SO MANY attractions!

Breakfast closing at 9. When you're traveling east to west 9am comes awfully early

Very good

Receptionist was friendly upon arrival and leaving, we had a pleasant stay - The room was appreciated and was a value in price for the accommodations.

There were some other guests were a little loud slamming doors. believe it was children running up and down the hall little late.

Property and room were clean, spacious. Great value. Met my needs perfectly.

Right next to train tracks, which actually didn't bother me that much. The only thing bad was that the shower floor was disturbingly slippery.

Trains trains trains stay away!

Beds and linens, the TV was good quality and channel selection was excellent.

$100 room deposit, A/C is loud, understaffed front desk, several males were lingering in the parking lot, had to provide an ID for anyone staying in the room.

Clean, cleaning staff very nice and front desk.

I forgot my laptop at Homa and needed to do some last minute paperwork and your business center tablet did not work.

It was ok.

It was ok. Elevator was nice.

The carpets were filthy. The breakfast employee was taking food away as we were still getting our food. They were cleaning and sweeping around us. Pretty tacky.

Room was comfortable, Shower needs to have safety strips put on the flooring. It is slick when wet.

Very nice facilities. Very clean. Nice bed, nice pillows, clean bathroom, plenty of towels and toilet paper. Good AC.

There was a need for a dog potty grassy area. They don’t really have one. Also, they need to let you know BEFORE YOU BOOK that they don’t accept dogs over 25 pounds. Being “pet friendly” to me means all size dogs. But this is not the case here at this hotel. Now I will know in the future.

there was no soap or shampoo. No cups in the room urine stains all over the toilet. Wall patches falling out the place was nasty nasty nasty.

1. There were 3 floors without a working elevator-- we were on the 3rd floor. 2. When checking in, they required ID from my spouse. They also required auto license plate.

Okay- but bring your ID.

The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I absolutely did not like that they REQUIRED the ID from every adult and made a copy of it. They said that it was “in case of an emergency” so that they knew who was in the rooms. They could have asked for the names, but making a copy of drivers licenses was inappropriate. I had already paid for the room so was stuck. I mentioned this in another review and the response with the reason for copying of ID’s came from the hotel.

Lying about cameras

Nothing. There were 3 cameras pointed at my and my wife's cars on the south side of the building. Her rear driver side window was broken into, multiple things stolen and when we asked for the camera footage to assist the police, we were told that there weren't any cameras on that side of the building. How unprofessional is that?

The two people at the front desk the next morning after being vandalized and robbed said that there weren't any cameras when 3 THREE were visible. The only reason we parked there was because there were 3 cameras pointed at our vehicles. Do not stay here. They don't care about you or yours.
