Staff and people across from us were harassing me and my son because we had travelled 7 hours to stay there and my son was tired so he was cranky and crying. I was trying to put him to sleep. My son is 3 and he has autism. Staff threatened to kick us out and the people across from us were harassing us. They were yelling in my face while I was holding my son. I tried explaining I was trying to put him to sleep and that we’ve been traveling .

Saw a bug in the room as we were leaving.

Great staff. Breakfast was hot with multiple choices. Very comfortable stay!

The continental breakfast was good and had several choices. The staff was respectful and delivered on all of my requests.
The shower curtain didn't have a liner and the curtain got wet, so when you were done and moved it to the outside of the tub it dripped on the floor. The shower curtain was tattered from years of use.

Some small maintenance issues that were a little annoying but didn't impact our 1 night stay too much. The bath drain didn't stay open and the closet pull knob had fallen off

Availability of "breakfast" was an attraction, but the quality was poor with no healthy options.
The lay-out of the room left no possibility of privacy when in the sink area (fully visible from all areas of the room.

Location was close to lots of places. Facilities were clean and the pool was enjoyable. Process went smoothly.
Breakfast was poor, bacon did not seem fully cooked, food ran out and we couldn't find a place to sit!

Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful when asked to move to another room, because the room across from me was smoking and smell like weed. The Staff moved me to another floor.
