Great location. A nice place to stay as you tour LA.

I liked the layout, facilities and size of the rooms. I also liked the pool.

The machines couldn’t process my Visa card. I’d recommend adding alternative ways to pay. Hotel events could also liven things up.

Great staff but worst stay of my life.

The hotel was in a great location. For airport, Disney, Hollywood, Universal, and Venice Beach access, it was very convenient. The pool was small but amazing and heated for cool evenings. The breakfast was great, and the staff was super friendly. Joanna was especially helpful as were her other colleagues.

Although the staff did their best, this was the worst vacation stay I’ve ever had. Our first night in 534 was like sleeping in the middle of the 405 freeway. Once the kids woke up fully at 5:00, we went to switch rooms. The staff was accommodating and gave us a nice upgrade; however, after we fully moved our things and turned on the air conditioning, there was the smell like a dead mouse. We asked the staff to look into it but couldn’t use the AC for the other four nights due to the smell. We had two quiet nights in that room. Luckily the kids were exhausted on the two nights that our neighbors were extraordinarily loud, as it sounded like they were filming an adult movie for hours. On the first night, the staff said they would check out in the morning, but there was an encore performance the next night.

Didn't live up to the standards I expect from a Hilton.

Location was good, could walk to mall and breakfast places. Bed was comfortable. Lobby was impressive. Enjoyed the workout room.

The cleaning staff took the towels and forget to bring new ones as well as forgetting to replenish the coffee in the room. Breakfast was expensive (I'm used to complementary breakfast), so I went elsewhere. We had an errant charge on our bill for a meal which we had to resolve with the restaurant. The floor we were on had a distinct smell when we got off the elevator, and the low ceilings made it seem old.

Es amplio, la posicina es climatizada, y las habitaciones son cómodas

1. El personal no habla español, no lo recomiendo para ningún latino, me sentí incómodo y descriminado 2. el bartender muy antipático, y no hizo nada por querer entender lo que quería decir 3. Necesitaba cambiar para el día siguiente y me dijeron que no había disponibilidad cuando llame, que debía pagar la penalidad y adicional reservar por un costo mucho más alto, y resulta que al siguiente día encontré de hecho en un precio más bajo (no le quisieron ayudar) tuve que viajar por tierra porque no me cambiaron (llame por todos lados para esto y no encontré ayuda)

I would stay here again...staff made the hotel!

Our Breakfast server (Anna....) I can't recall her name was excellent. She waits on us right away. food came quickly. I am amazed she remembered all 3 of us each AM down to exact beverage as well as food choice. fantastic memory, so pleasant and always smiling. The best!! Valet was terrific > Always on time. Servers at bar lounge were very friendly, always made sure we had order for food if we wanted.(I am bad with names but he did live in Florida). Terrific staff!! Made our stay very happy and we felt well taken care of!! Front desk was nice.

Not terrible, but would definitely find another hotel when I return

A/c was broke in room. At first didn’t want to provide us with a new room, until the engineer said we needed a new room. Found out the neighbors across the hall toilet didn’t work. They used the lobby bathroom for 2 days. Finally got us a new room and the light wouldn’t shut off. Slept the whole night with one light on. Staff was not very accommodating.

Culver city 😇

The staff really helped me out. I arrived in my rv and was concerned about the parking situation. They assured me that it would be no problem and that the valet would be able to help me park it in there lot. Since i had experienced problems in the past with other hotels this helped make our check in go smoothly and added to our wonderful stay. Thank-you for the great help!
