Expensive

Everything went well after the two hours after check in. Although we did like to be able to check in early upon our early arrival.

Checked in around noon and was told our room was already cleaned and ready. Went to our room and at first room seemed cleaned and bed was made but after closer observation our bed linens were never changed after the previous guests. Addressed it at the front desk and it took 2 hours and 2 phone calls and another visit to the front desk before they sent someone to verify that the bedding had hair all over it and brown spots on the duvet before finally sending a housekeeper to change the bedding.

Peaceful and relaxing

For the price rooms are too small and room titles are very misleading. I expected an ocean view room but was looking towards the parking lot.

Great to spend time with my college age daughter but the sleeping was not comfortable with only 1 bed and no sleep sofa.

Outdoor heated pool

No free coffee in the lobby. No coffee pot in the room. There were coffee supplies but no coffee maker. I reserved a queen size bed and a sleep sofa which I paid extra for but was given a smaller room with only a bed. Not happy about this. As far as I’m concerned Hilton owes me about $60.

Not returning to the factory hotel

It was on the beach

There were no facilities available such as food or a bar. It just seemed like a factory hotel with no one caring much. Also there was a large pavilion set up nearby that pumped intense music noise so it was not possible to enjoy the beach. Very difficult sleeping with the noise so I didn’t stay for the second night though it was paid for. Room was ok but very small.

I didn't complain to staff...

Great location! Heated pools...restaurant on site. Spacious rooms.. fabulous views! Friendly staff inside.

The matress on the bed was hard and uncomfortable...the pull out sofa bed was uncomfortable..the bars were felt through which made hurting backs. The inside kids pool was closed due to renovations.. and to cold to swim outside. The staff outside were rude upon arrival.. rushing my daughter out and wasn't able to finish unloading before going to park. Had a man looking inside the vehicle windows while checking in.. the vehicle was locked with my elderly mom inside waiting for us. My daughter was the first to shower... ran out of hot water.

A wonderful place to stay.

We loved the view from our 15th floor balcony and how pleasant the staff is.

Our tub didn't work the first night and there were other minor issues.

Cold, grey, rainy, and boring. - a waste of a weekend!

Beachfront and aesthetically pleasing

Loud air/heater, water leaked in through the window are air/heater unit, tub was not cleaned well, was woken up daily at about 9:30 by jets zooming over from the base every 5-10 min. (When the heating unit hadn’t already startled me awake)

It was a fun, relaxing nice that was much needed. Everything was amazing there.

I like how you were able to look out at the ocean in one room and in the other room you were able to look out at the strip. Also the room was nice and relaxing.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like about this place. Everything was wonderful from the time we got there to check in from the time we left and checked out.

Disappointing

Location

The room still had someone else’s trash in it and smelled awful! The kitchen cupboard was missing a knob, the coffee maker didn’t work. In the bathroom the toilet would stick when flushing and you’d have to take the top off each time to fix it there was no shower gel or shampoo in the dispensers in the shower, and no shower curtain and the water wouldn’t get warm even when ran all the way on hot so you have to take a cold bath. Terrible stay we definitely won’t be back

I can’t wait to go back

The Staff was very pleasant and friendly. My refrigerator ice maker didn’t work but Archie and James went above and beyond to make sure we had ice.

The only thing was I asked for ocean view but they gave me partial ocean view. The TVs in our room were a little small. Other than that it was amazing.

Extremely poor quality room and location within the complex, worst value on Virginia Beach

Bellhops and housekeeping were great. Knew their jobs and went out of their way to be helpful. On duty engineer was also great, he did all he could to correct an overflowing kitchen sink (water/suds from another unit)

Unit was in terrible shape, furniture old and marked up. Size of room was very small. Even for a lockout unit this was undersized and cramped. Bathroom was adequate but tub faucet leaked. The biggest problem was its location on second floor right over the pool and outside restaurant. Loud (and poor) music played all day into the night only shut off when street (34th) musician was son duty. Noise rises and came right into the room. This is NOT a room that should be rented stand alone… probably the worst value on Virginia Beach. It certainly was a poor example of Hilton time shares. While staff was sympathetic, no one at front desk or office offered to move us or somehow compensate for the poor room. As stated above the kitchen sink even overflowed from someone else’s room. Yikes, we could not leave quick enough

Location is great, pools are nice and well-kept great beach spot. Monica at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. Laundry, ice and trash facilities were all in good operating order.

Room is small for the price; Kitchen does not have a stove. Oceanview room balcony are very noisy due to machinery and staff activities at ground level. No table on balcony with ocean view room. Attendants at Tiki Bar and around pool need to be more attentive to the customer's needs.

The many conveniences the hotel had to offer.

That at the end there was no place to store our luggage after. Checkout. We wanted to go get breakfast but did not want to take our luggage with us to the restaurant.

Great place, prices little high

Place was clean,staff was nice, and the pools were exceptional. Even the bar by the pool had a staff that always smiled while serving.

Like all places here recently the prices are still to high for what you are getting. It's a hotel room that needed some updating and some minor repairs and still charge you as if you are in a pent house. But in all my wife and I had a great weekend getaway to relax.
