Very clean but musty housekeepers need a lot of work although the place is clean they need to come i

The pool pool was very nice it was clean but musty

Housekeepers do not clean do you leave if you want them to come in and clean your room you got to ask it to front desk there's a door hanger that says clean room they blow it off and ignore it the room was clean when I checked in but musty I don't think there's any way around that when you're not cleaning every day all in all it's a good value if you throw your towels out they hang new ones on the door in a bag

Would recommend and definitely will be back!

Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was well stocked and good.

The bathroom was chipping paint above the shower and we found tissues in our bed and our youngest kept finding old butter containers🤢. And the rooms could use a little more lighting.

We will be spending more money at a more suitable hotel for future stays in Frostburg/La Vale, MD

Location to UMF

Old, needs severe remodel. Rooms and facilities in bad state of disrepair. Morning breakfast was insufficient, food gone at 8:45, but ends at 9:30. Hallways smelled of marijuana smoke, people (smokers) loitering outside, unprofessional staff/cleaning personnel talking loudly about parole and their personal time spent in jail to guests they obviously knew in hallways.

It was awesome. The pool and hot tub were highlights as was the free breakfast!

Nice room, less than helpful staff

The room was comfortable, nicer and larger than several other rooms at similar chains. The layouts of the hallways were unique, with trees inside the hotel.

To get to our room, we had to cut through a conference room that was a mess with carpet unsafely laying and causing a trip hazzard. Reserved the room three months in advance requesting a ground floor room (no stairs), shouldn't have had to traverse an obstacle course to get to it when other rooms should have been available. The desk clerk was less than helpful.

When I check out, I am so shock, they took my money on my credit card $145, different price from booking com give for me. Hope they will return back my money in my credit card.

The stay was overall okay and the staff was kind.

The property was nice they also have a indoor pool and the outside and inside of the property was clean.

Good value, great location and friendly staff.

Staff was very friendly. First time traveling alone and staying in a hotel by myself and I felt safe. Check in/out process very easy

Bed was noisy but mostly comfortable. Pillows were small.

we had no electricity in our room so we had to move. The heater did no work in the room we moved too. The facility smelt strongly of marijuana.

You get less than what you pay for

Ridiculously dirty, mold in the ice machine, moldy tub, dirty carpet, dirty covers, dirty chairs, dirt through the hallways, and it smells like musty cigarettes.Even the ceiling was moldy in the entire building. I walked in and walked right back out with a refund. This is not a hotel, it's a trap house.

Broken hot tub cold pool waste of money for local repeat guest. Disappointed again!

Front desk clerk was fast and friendly she was great! Was happy to hear they have a tanning bed tho I didn't try it out $5 extra fee it's free at my gym.

Hot tub was out of order and pool was FREEZING!! They were thr only reason booked as I live locally. So a complete waste of money and time etc!! Not happy!

The facility is a bit dated. The building is showing his age and the parking lots were not maintained.

Beds were very comfortable staff was also very friendly, they even upgraded our room for a queen suite because someone had booked over another day so the room we requested wasn’t available.
