Good

The bathroom needs a tile replaced, the door frame was very scratched. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. If there was a breakfast offered I only saw dry cereals, yogurt, oranges and a coffee machine.

Beds were great, breakfast wonderful, bathrooms too small but functional

We loved Bashs donuts they provided for us. Delicious

The outside door in the back was broken and made me nervous and front desk had no real reason except it was broke so they just left it broke.

The view

The room was dark. The air conditioner was freezing cold when I checked in. I turned it off and never used it even though it was over 100 degrees outside. I had to leave the slider door open to let the cold air out!

Pleasant

Location was good. Room was OK it needs some upgrades

The first gentleman that checked me in was very nice. Unfortunately the last one was very rude and short. The pool needs some cleaning my husband is a pool tech and he can give you a list of what's needed. The walls seem so thin we heard the neighbors for awhile. It's seems like it's getting some upgrades im sure in tje future it will be better. We did find some cocroaches legs in the tub. Other than that everything was OK.

Excellent experience

This location was so clean and quiet. The staff was very professional and accommodating.

I don’t have anything negative to say we were 100% satisfied and plan on staying at this location again on our next trip.

WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE AGAIN.

the only thing I liked about the facility was that it was close to the lake

the floor was filthy, they say there’s continental breakfast but there was expired milk with old oatmeal and other breads. the shower head was leaking. all over the restroom. the light in the restroom kept turning off.

Pleasant Lake Havasu visit

The breakfast was pleasant, there was cereal with milk, juice, coffee, muffins, yogurt and bananas every day. Even donuts on the 4th! It was a nice surprise

The beds - hard as concrete. There were also people grilling right outside our window the entire time and loud when we were trying to rest.

Location was great.

Room was not clean there was hairs on bed and floor thought that was not good. Room could of been more clean.

Superb

It sits behind the state park so we had a view of the lake

Saturday evening there was a cookout behind the hotel on the property it was loud and lasted til midnight.

It was our first time. It was awesome and everyone was so nice.

The room was clean and it had a balcony facing the lake.
