HORRIBLE

I emailed this motel 5 times because they would not answer the phone. I never got a response and I was charged for a free cancellation. Would never recommend doing business with a company that lacks customer service or basic respect of there customers needs!

It would of been nice for someone to answer the phone or respond to the numerous emails I sent.

Great price, perfect location, great staff

perfect location, really easy to get around

A different style of hotel to what we are use to, however the staff were super kind, always on hand and make the stay a great one

The hotel was located downtown, the individual at the front desk was very helpful.

We did not receive room service for our stay. We stayed two nights and did not receive any fresh towels.

Would stay again

The location was good and there were food vans over the road so we had a Mexican dinner and it was excellent. The room was a little small but ok just for the night. All clean and lots of hot water and a good shower.

Motels have become expensive in the last theee years.

Affordable and Friendly

Very quiet and nice neighborhood for a cheap and easy hotel. The man up front was so extremely helpful and kind, which made the whole experience. It's right next to a bunch of food trucks and the train so if you're hungry or need to travel it's all at your fingertips. The train and 2 different bus stations are all next door, so getting from place to place was extremely easy.

My only critique would be the walls are VERY thin.... we had our window out to the street and heard people clear as day outside, as well as our upstairs neighbors. While it wasn't terribly noisey, all it takes is one loud person and it could have ruined the expeirence. In the end, a great and affordable place.

Worth the money spent.

Good location. I had a coffee maker in a room and the refrigerator, so I was fine, I like the fact that unlike some other hotels in a city there was an ability to open a window which is economically and ecologically preferable to conditioner and better for your health.

Clean and asteticly pleasing and despite the traffic outside quite quiet and the staff were great.

It was clean friendly staff nice and quiet just the place to come back and rest after a long and exhausting day. It is a definite that I will try to stay there when I am passing visiting Portland again.

Overall it was an affordable and pleasant stay.

The location was perfect close to downtown and easy to exit onto Freeway staff was friendly and room was clean

The price for the accomodations were fair and reasonable given location downtown.

There was no breakfast but coffee was provided. Room was clean. Location was very good. Price was reasonable.

I was charged for parking over night and during the day. I have never experienced that before in a hotel. Parking is always free

I was looking for a value on short notice and this hotel greatly exceeded my expectations.

It was a last minute booking, but I was very impressed with the room, the cleanliness and that it had a refrigerator and a very clean bathroom with good water pressure. Very convenient location and good value.

Everything was fine. Would have liked coffee makers in rooms - but really it was good value. The stuff that was important was very good.

Location was great. I was able to walk or catch the train to all the events and eateries I need to get too.
