Clean, kind, close to a Sam’s and the highway.

I like the layout of the rooms and the more modern approach to shelves and posts rather than drawers. The staff was nice. The pool was small, but new.

During a shower the water would go cold randomly. Elevator door squeaks.

It needs some maintenance

Check-in and out staff were great. Breakfast hall was clean and tidy. The room had been cleaned very well.

Please discard that shower curtain. It's a health hazard. Bathroom sink was nearly clogged and smelled of swage when water was run. The fridge was missing shelves and had cracks in it.

Great place to stay, will stay there again

The lady working the front desk, Stephanie, was the best. Friendly, professional, helpful, full of knowledge, a real joy to talk to. The breakfast was always hot, breakfast room always clean. The Staff that cleaned the room left the rooms looking like no one had stayed there. Clean rooms, bed made, bathroom clean, outstanding job!!!

This place had just had a major rework, everything was new and there were a few glitches. Internet Password did not work the first time I tried it, The T V cable was always going off, I had to reboot the HDMI cable box every 30 to 45 minutes. Luckly I was out doing stuff and did not have much chance to watch TV. There were other minor glitches, but again Stephanie at the front desk was very helpful.

Good value hotel

Easy to find from the airport. Although they were being renovated it did not impact on the service we received. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was plenty of choice at breakfast.

The hotel was easy to find when travelling from the airport. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was plenty of choice for breakfast.

There was no guest computer to check in for the flight or print off boarding passes. The toilet was very low. The beds were very high. It needs 5cm taking off the bed height and 5cm adding to the toilet height.

Loud But Clean Stay in Rapid City

Newly renovated, so rooms were clean. TV worked. Location is decent - in an area with some food options, but certainly not a cute/walkable area. Bed was comfortable.

All rooms are suite styles with very thin doors - we heard our neighbors talking, using the restroom, showering, watching TV. No space to hang wet towels. Water would sometimes get cold for no reason. Laundry was closed due to renovation, but we booked this location to do laundry. No real closet or drawers, no full length mirror.

That we were able to get a room

I got a two beds, one was the couch but it wasn't good at all- it was getting stuck to pull out the mattress was all coils and fabric. The mattress didnt even fit the frame either. They didn't have no soap either to use, it wasn't worth what I paid for unfortunately

Our room was infested with ants. Thousands, literally. And I heard 3 other people who were at the desk complaining of bugs. Also it was very noisy.

We liked everything in the hotel, the room, breakfast, tea/coffee available in the lobby, friendly staff. I really loved sitting in the “sofa” by the window in our room, enjoying a cup of tea while looking out of the window and watching people come and go. Last but not least, it was for an affordable price.

Bad Hotel

The hot tub boarded up with no water. Parking was inconvenient. Breakfast was horrible. No milk several breakfasts for cereal. We were there 5 days cleaning crew didn't come in the room not once to even grab dirty towels or replace with clean.

The rooms are clean and put together well. The beds are very comfortable as well. The staff here are fantastic and treat the customer with genuine kindness.

The website stated that cribs were available. This is not true. I requested a crib and was told they no longer have them. We also received no housekeeping while here and needed to bring our towels downstairs to get new ones. We turned in 3 towels and received two. I needed to bring out our trash as well, and I ended up bringing towels from home.
