Not staying here anymore

The room smelled of mildew, the paint in tub was peeling, tub dirty. Dirt was hanging from ceiling and walls were dirty. Didn’t have any internet,

It was horrible and disappointing for my first time staying in DE and visiting Rehoboth Beach.

I liked the location. There is even a Crackel Barrel on site.

The room was horrible. It was extremely dusty on the furniture. The bed sheets had blood on them. The pull out bed sheets showed evidence of not being changed from the previous guest. When I informed front desk about it at 3 am, he handed me new sheets and gloves to change linen myself. I also had wrote an email about the complaints to the property manager or management while I was there hoping that I was going to get a call back. But I did not. When I asked the front desk about whether I was going to get a call from management, I was told that I was not going to get one bc they believed that it was handled. Front desk staff gave a credit to our account for $75 but please know that I paid $660+ to stay in a dirty room that they cleaned the next day after I complained about it.

That it had insects in the bathroom and room. The television was too small in the room.

We did enjoyed our stay

It was near to everything we wanted to do.

Rooms need to be remodeled. Doors need some work to them or get new ones. Water in shower gets very hot hard to see which way to turn the nozzle on . Internet connection wasn’t good at times

Convenient, fair priced ,good location

Rooms were clean. Price was fair. Decent breakfast offered.

Floor around the sink/bathroom was greasy and slippery. Trash can outside our door would slam shut when used so while trying to sleep it would sound like a bomb exploded. And our key cards had to be reprogramed several times bc they would only work a time or two and they were couldn’t get into our room.

Dirtiest hotel ive ever stepped foot in. It smelled so bad. It smelled of a mix of cigarette smoke and poop, and we are in a non-smoking room. The room had mold on the bathroom ceiling. The balcony door safety latch was broken, which was obviously uncool for being in the fourth floor and having a one year old. The carpet was stained and ripped, so I didn't even want my kids walking in it. The the tv didn't turn on and the wifi didn't turn work. The entire hotel was so sketchy.

It was dirty, my bed had stains on it, the hotel ceiling was peeling, and the bathroom looked like no one even step foot in it to clean it. It smelled like pee when i first came in and the whole experience was disappointing and not worth the money.

We stay here almost every year we luv the pool the breakfast room and we have been blessed to be upgraded to a suite that over looks the pool which we enjoy . It’s convenient to pretty much everything cost efficient for a large family too .

The one girl at the front desk had an attitude and poor customer service so we were a bit disappointed walking in to check in excited for our stay to have an unfriendly staff member not even greet us with a smile ! We asked for a couple blankets and the one smelled like smoke was not clean or washed at all so was not happy with that . Our maid did not clean our room the one day I told her we were leaving soon but she never came back to clean and she was still cleaning rooms on the floor so we came back to an unclean room beds left unmade ect …

Worse room imaginable. Only one window and door opened to a dark, dirty hallway next to the laundry. Bathroom had peeling paint and mold on the walls and dirt in the corners, hallway was concrete stained and filthy. Carpet had a big white stain between the beds that someone in my group was convinced it was bodily fluids. We felt it safer to wear shoes the entire time. And, finally, the breezeway next to the pool, which we had to use to get to our room smelled strongly of urine. Because of that, I am calling the Delaware Department of Health tomorrow.

Tub looked stained and dirty.. wore our flip flops in the shower. Bathroom was extremely tight and had no hooks for clothes or anything. Sink counter was very small. No room for toiletries. Carpet looked dirty. Walls had holes and marks all over them.

location and staff has always been helpful

room (#125) was outdated and carpet obviously wasn’t vacuumed. made us wonder if anything else was cleaned. we’ve stayed here before and we’re happy with the accommodations and staff but this room was subpar to say the least. we would have asked for a different room but it was early evening and we didn’t have time. disappointing.

waste of my hard-earned money

this was the absolute most disgusting room I have ever had. Booking.com should be ashamed of setting anyone up with this filthy, dilapidated motel. Holes in the walls covered with sloppy plastic patches, dirt ground into the bathtub, filthy carpeting, stench of filth, and the filter in the air/ac/heating unit was filled with filth. I slept in my clothes for fear of bed bugs! no one should have to pay for a disease-farming room on vacation!

Beds comfy.

Coat rack was completely pulled out of the wall out of the wall. The bathroom shower rod for the curtain was broken and hanging to hit someone in the head. The floors weren't vacuumed, blanket on the bed had crusty bodily fluid on it. The check in person when we arrived was anything but friendly or personable. The lady when I checked out did at least make note of my concerns and immediately call somebody to make repairs upon me checking out.
