The location was easy to get to and the staff was soo nice and as accommodating as they condo be! Super family friendly!

The halls were soo hot, the elevators were very sketchy. Had to go have the room key reactivated several times. The rooms smelt like the previous visitors had animals that weren’t potty trained.

I always love staying at holiday inn, it's a beautiful place and normally does not disappoint.

but I booked the hotel specifically for the pool and was not informed of the pools closing until it was too late. It didn't ruin the weekend but it was a massive disappointment. the construction was dissatisfying, I again had no idea or would have booked a different hotel. I understand things have to be done but it did put a damper on the stay.

I’d recommend and stay at the Paris Inn next door when I travel to Paris Texas to visit family.

The breakfast was good.

the top sheet and bed cover had blood on them and what looked like buglers. we asked the front desk to have housekeeping replace all the bed covers. that was never done. The front desk personnel were never attentive. either outside smoking or sitting at the front desk on their phones.

Overall, great

Our room was ready early as requested, and it smelled great when you walked in. There was a hand written note telling us to enjoy our stay. And everything just seemed really clean and well-kept!!

I don’t appreciate that. It was not disclosed that the hotel was under construction currently. I don’t love that there was tarps everywhere and if there was a lot of noise going on.

I booked my stay with my booking app but when I arrived at the location I was told that there wasn't any rooms available and that booking.com did not update their website. Front desk lady was very rude she barely let me get my last name spoken before she rudely interrupted me by saying we have no rooms at this location.
