Pancake machine was down..... Only oatmeal....

Manager lady ( big girl) was very rude with a attitude. Also witnessed her in a yelling match with another guest. Very unprofessional of her.

Friendly staff when we arrived at the hotel. Quick check in and clear instructions.

The morning staff were just chatting amongst themselves and were not very customer service oriented.

For the price you can go wrong. Located conveniently to all our destinations.

Great location and cheap.

Big burn hole in the bedcovers. It’s non-smoking. Needs new carpeting and updating. I’d gladly pay more with upgrades. No fridge. Run the AC for a few hours before ppl arrive. The room was damp due to no AC on when we arrived.

The halls and our room smelled like cigarettes. The beds were very hard and the blankets had cigarette holes in them! Pillows were flat and floors were sticky. Tub was dirty and the bathroom sink drained very slow.

seems safe enough, for a one star hotel and only under seventy dollars, it gave us a place to sleep

the bed was clean and comfortable and the price was nice

waiting at the front desk for 11 minutes before anyone showed up to check us in, the room smelled pretty bad, but we were able to open the window.

Just right for our stay, we arrived late and was offered a later check out, thank you.

Pricing and location with key with our visit to Mohegan to see a show.

The breakfast ended too soon and at 845 there wasn’t anything left.

Price was reasonable

They gave 1 face cloth to share for the stay, asked for more, they gave 1! So bring your own! While walking down the hallway, you could tell someone was smoking pot in their room! Stains on the carpet! Police were there almost every day for being called for something! Didn't smell totally clean! We were there from Saturday to Wednesday, housekeeping was there to clean the room for our arrival! On line photos of the motel made it seem better than it is!

waste of time and money, harassed by staff and other patrons staying at this hotel

people smashing windows out of vehicles in the parking lot cops being called on people who don’t do anything wrong when you go to check in front desk staff are outside smoking with groups of people absolutely disgusting and unprofessional I recommend staying elsewhere in the area get your moneys worth DO NOT STAY AT SUPER 8 in Groton

Staff is always great. Friendly, professional and polite.

There wasn't an ashtray, no microwave, and to much noise at all hours especially when the room was right next to the elevator. I made a request last year, not to be next to the elevator.

Overall it was a pretty decent two-day stay

The guy working the front desk was very polite very friendly and helpful and explained all my questions even recommended some good places in the area to eat I stayed at a couple different hotels in the area in my recent travels and he was definitely by far the friendliest front desk attendant that I've met

I was a little upset when I booked the room online I booked the room with a refrigerator and microwave and it was no refrigerator or microwave in the room

We have been staying there for years on our trips home. Arrived amid a Police Officers arresting a guest. They didn't have a fridge or microwave in the room. Was able to get a fridge. Had to go to the lobby to use the one available one for entire hotel guests and staff. Which was very inconveniencing because had to get dressed Eveytime we needed something heated. Breakfast was a long wait in line due to only waffle maker. Very disappointing. Staff got in elevator with us and 3 huge bags of trash!!!!
