I enjoyed my stay, seems like a nice city.

Size of room. Location was near many restaurants and stores. Price of stay was very reasonable.

Breakfast was ok but the biscuits were not the best. No eggs, sausage

Great location for Mayo patients 👌

It's a great place to stay while going back & forth to the Mayo for appts. Having the suite with a full-size fridge is very nice. The separate bedroom & extra sink also comes in handy.

Fine for 1 night. But never again.

Price, location, king bed, TVs, fridge.

Shower was handicap accessible and when the shower water was running, it would leak out the back and onto the floor and flood the bathroom floor. The shower curtain didn't contain the water, and there was no lip or slant for it to properly drain down the shower drain. Soaked a towel to keep the floor dry and slip-free. My husband and I both woke up in the morning feeling like we were choking for air. Coughing and throats so constricted it felt like we had an egg lodged in there. Was hard to swallow. We both slept very poorly due to the air quality. I had the heat set at 62, but the place was still extremely hot. Another reason we had a tough time sleeping. Very restless night to say the least. Once we got outside into the fresh air we almost immediately started feeling like we could breathe again. All our symptoms went away. Unfortunately, we most likely won't be staying at a quality inn ever again.

We will be back for our third stay.

Big suites: 2 queen bedrooms with sink, living room, small full kitchen and bath. Clean, clean, clean. We love the first floor for easy access. Nice staff. Breakfast typical of many hotels in area. Nicely furnished. Very efficient.

Parking lot looks old. Fox this fall? The front could be brightened up with flowers in pottery or planted in ground. Make it look cheerier. Take out the tall evergreens. Does not add anything to the landscape.

Clean, comfortable, quiet - just not much to look at from outside.

Location is close to a lot of shops and stores - and a straight shot to downtown Rochester. Room was clean and comfortable and the hotel nice and quiet. The suite was very nice - my son could watch TV while I slept in the other room. Shower worked well and the bathroom was super clean. Was also nice to be able to pick up a daily paper downstairs as well as tourist info on Rochester. Front desk staff were nice, too.

The hotel is dated. Furnishings could be updated, such as the ripped easy chair in room 236.

The room was clean and comfortable. An extra sink and mirror in the bedroom was a nice touch. The living room and kitchen area gave a home- like appeal after a long days travel. We would stay there again.

Not recommended unless there is not other option.

Room was spacious

Hotel does not have elevator, furniture was broken, at check in they gave us an occupied room, there were dirty towels in the room, the area where hotel is located looks unsafety.

Nice quiet place to stay

The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was great.

No elevators, to the second floor, and the bathroom was a little too small.

Some good and some not so good.

I never ate breakfast but the area looked clean. It was nice to be able to pick up the newspaper for free.

We were there for 3 nights and it was never cleared of dirty towels or replenished. Beds were never made. I didn't like the build-up of dirty linens.

Everyone was so accommodating and sensitive to our needs. Ennrick was so caring and helpful and an asset to your company. He went over an above to make sure our stays were comfortable.

Except for the unfriendly, low key evening receptionist, the overall stay was very nice.

The suite had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: room to stretch out, comfy bed & pillows, kitchenette, nice bath and shower, good carpeting, and looks like the facility was recently updated.

My key card kept dying. I hate key cards ... so unreliable. In the old days, never had a problem with "real" keys. That technology took lodging to a low level.

The room was huge, plenty of room to spread out and put things.

The breakfast was pretty basic but good. The biskets and gravy were good.
