Relax & enjoyed

Was very clean in the entry , the room very spacious and clean, I give you 10 of 10

Everything was perfect , I just said the weather for the I travel , I don't use the pool

Almost perfect

It’s was very clean and the staff was so nice.

I would have given 5 stars but they had some work going on, there was drilling and hammer going on but at least they were getting work done.

Exceptional

The front desk personnel greeted me promptly upon entry into the lobby and was expeditious, personable, and professional. My room was clean and quiet. I did not experience House keeping banging on my door at 10:50a. A huge plus bc I usually check out on time and do not like to be rushed.

Next to highway, clean facility, comfortable beds, easy check in and check out, friendly staff during stay.

Friendliness upon checking in and out and cleanliness of room.

Complimentary breakfast only consisted of fruit and coffee when the pay for the night was already over $150 after tax. Also, left a phone charger in room and was instructed that I would receive a call back to check, but they never called back.

Tv and coffee maker did not work. Keys would not stay activated.

my stay was nice. checking in I was not told about the the extra $27 that would be taken out of my account. still don’t

beautiful, comfortable beds, enough space in the bathrooms

says “no smoking” but guest were smoking I. their rooms and you could smell it in the halls and your room

3 Nights in Jacksonville

Water pressure in shower was great. King size bed and plenty of pillows. Keurig coffee maker in room. Breakfast was cooked to order.

The fitted sheet on the king bed was NOT king size, so it would come loose in the night. There was one towel bar on the shower door facing out (and one facing in). The lack of any other towel racks in the bathroom is annoying. There should be something available to hang a hand towel and/or a bath towel, and a wash cloth, other than over the shower doors.

Location was perfect for our needs. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel.

The pool was not clean. The pump was not working. Really wanted to swim.
