Could be better. Great location and property but old rooms.

The location was great as it was short walks to the beaches and short drive to wilea and makena on the south and shopping plazas. The views were decent and property was well maintained with putting green and other games.

In our stay we had to move to a different room due to some pest problem in the first room. In the first room, there were small roaches so we had to asked to be moved to different room. The first was decent and clean until we started seeing the roaches. Also, the garden side room in the first place had a smell. They upgraded us to a bigger second condo, however the condo was outdated and somewhat not so clean.

This hotel is nothing but functional, not intended for fun

The apartment and kitchen are well equipped, and there is plenty of free parking in the facility. The apartment is big: we were only two people, but also four persons can easily fit in. The location in the island is central, if you have a car. The gardens were nice.

Our room was quite far from the main entrance, we ordered a room with an ocean view and we did see the ocean a bit, but with only a narrow view. The hotel doesn't have a good access to the beach by foot (you should take a walk, they told us 5 minutes but it takes much longer to get to a decent beach), the pool didn't work and that made us very dissatisfied (nothing to do within the hotel's compound). The room is OK but old, the shower and bath were in a poor quality. Hawaii is a very expensive location in general, but we think that we didn't get a good value for our money, there are better options in that price

Spacious, good views, well-run property convenient to several nice beaches and shopping.

Our unit near front of property had a nice view of mountain and ocean, with sunset view from lanai off one bedroom. Also easy to walk to edge of property for sunset, but honestly you should probably be out somewhere for that. Very spacious, convenient parking outside unit. Staff and management very attentive. Nice tennis court and large pool. Grounds were in good condition. Not quite a short walk to beach due to need to walk on main street for a bit, but plenty of good options with parking from a few hundred yards to a mile or so drive.

Furnishings and aspects of unit were dated, but that's pretty common here. We did have some ants in kitchen, which were not big problem but required care with food. One apparently long-standing maintenance issue with our kitchen that was fixed promptly when raised.

Per di più non rispondono ai messaggi in booking… avendo sentito dei wildfire nell’isola, ci siamo preoccupati di scrivere varie volte alla struttura, che non ci ha mai risposto. Abbiamo deciso di scrivere a Booking per sapere se fosse successo qualcosa all’hotel, ma l’agente ci ha detto che la prenotazione era confermata e così siamo andati. Abbiamo lamentato al check-in il fatto che non rispondano ai messaggi e siamo stati trattati con superficialità (“non so.. non ho nessun messaggio.. no”)

Good

The house is very spacious. We sleep comfortably with three beds for a family of three. It's just that there are people living upstairs, and the floor makes a lot of noise when they walk around.

Very good

The hotel offers apartment-like suites which are incredibly spacious. Almost like a mini house. Everything inside our apartment was very clean and well-equipped. They even included a box of chocolates in the room, and there was also snorkeling gear. We didn't try the swimming pool because we spent our days outside, but it looked nice. The hotel organises mai-tai afternoons and it just has a very relaxed atmosphere. The hotel's apartments are quite spread out so the complex is rather big. It includes smoking areas and grill stations. So all in all it was incredibly comfortable. We had a very relaxing stay and we loved the room which was incredibly spacious.

The policies in Booking said that the hotel would charge us 1 night after booking, but they didn't. So it all became very confusing because after 4 hotels and 7 flights, we really thought the night was charged. The hotel is somewhat old fashioned, maybe catered toward older people or very american families.

Nice place to stay with ocean views

Nice view, we could see the ocean from our suite. Lots of natural light. Beds were very comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen.

The dishwasher still had the previous load in it, so we had to empty it ourselves.

Superb

Pool is well maintained and very good for family. Play area has mini golf, tennis and a couple of other activities and hotel provides all the equipment. Watching sunset over the grassy little hill in the resort with the mountains in the backdropped capped our experience. Lots of plants and flowers within the resort. There are some artificial waterfalls too. There were some barbeques in the common area too. We saw some people enjoy it but didn't use it ourselves. Overall, an awesome place, specially for family.

Had booked for a garden view room but got a first floor room facing the walking roads surrounded by trees, not a bad view by any means but feel like since we booked garden view, we should've gotten a room facing over the hill or play area. A little bit of hassle to for check-in and check

Overrated and not good value for money

Place is overrated. If you have traveled well, you'll know what I am talking about.

Not good value for money. Calling this a resort is a stretch. Also, had to check out early in the morning around 4:30 am. Informed the staff the evening prior re: this. Ended up knocking on the doors for about 10 mins and had to yell at the top of my voice to "wake up" the person who was supposed to be at the desk. No apologies given :-D and I would've been late for my flight as well if not for Pre

A perfect place to lay your head after watching a Maui sunset.

We loved our view,easy access to the beach,the pool and putting green. Our unit was spacious and easily accommodated our family of 5.

We would have really benefited by having a rice cooker in the room.

got the job done

property is clean, well maintained. the gardens were beautiful. kitchen was full sized. ice maker was huge success.

our building was under renovation, so entering and exiting our apartment was not very pleasing to the eye. the property is a bit dated by about 30 years. appears to be more like a timeshare than a resort. the furniture in the apartment was nice, a bit cheap feeling, and a little worn. the kitchen was fully stocked, but had a mix match of items where I had to “make do” with what we had. one bathroom shower had too much pressure that it hurt my children when they bathed. I had asked for a crib ahead of time. no crib was provided on the first night, and no follow up was given on subsequent nights to remedy the fact they did not provide a crib. thank goodness we brought one!

The huge space!

We got an upgrade which we really appreciate. The place was large we thoroughly enjoyed and had everything we need from a kitchen towel to laundry detergent! It was near beach so we walked there. The place was a bit dated, but it really didn’t bother us because it was well maintained.
