Too expensive for the outdated bathroom and uncomfortable bed/pillows.

Location off freeway was convenient. The front desk attendant said my room number aloud so other waiting guests could hear. This is an obvious safety hazard.

High overnight price, outdated bathroom design, uncomfortable mattress and pillows.

Easy check in, easy in and out, nice staff. Great quick stop on a long trip.

Easy to get in and out of, clean and comfortable.

Parking was not a problem, but it did not seem as safe. There were people that were not guests walking the parking late at night.

I loved the breakfast here. Great and so many options. Very family friendly plus they have a pack and play if you need it. Saved our butts!

The rooms hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived at 5:00. We came back around 6:30 and they still weren’t cleaned so we ended up having to take a pet room. It turned out ok but it was a little frustrating at the end of a long day in the car!

Rasy access and convenient location. Large pool area.

The building and facilities were in bad shape. Lots of things out of order (ice machines, waffle maker, etc.)

Hotel ok, reservations suck.

The reservation was fumbled and I had to wait for an hour to check in at 10pm when I had already stopped at the property 6 hours earlier to check in and the room wasn’t available. Staff worked to resolve the problem and I was able to sleep in the hotel.

Management was very kind and polite.

Shower did not work properly. Barely any water came out. Old and needed an upgrade. Manager was informed.

The fact that they were under remodeling and the roof on the 2nd floor was leaking in the hallway was never contacted to make me aware of the situation @ 130.00 a night that's the least they could have done

The staff was amazing especially Laura and Steve who helped us check in and made us feel welcomed.

Never again Bdub

The staff were very friendly and courteous.

I paid (a lot) extra for a king family room but they gave us a standard king room at the same price. The pool was also closed, which was the only reason we chose best Western. There was a large yellow cart heaping full of trash in the hallway all night that we had to walk past multiple times. The ice machine was out of order and the pillows are the worst.
