Needs a lot of work

It was in a great area

There was water damage all over my room the coffee pot was dirty the phone wasn’t even plugged in there was a weird sound coming from the fridge and I didn’t have a stopper for the tub the breakfast was awful but the lady that did the breakfast was a sweetheart

Would definitely stay again- very pleasant time

Our breakfast was pretty good. The eggs weren’t cooked all the way on the 2 day but it was busy. The ladies however were great. Friendly and did a good job keeping up with everyone. Our room was very nice and comfortable. Bathroom wasn’t dusted and drain cover was loose but overall the room was good. Restaurant/Bar very nice and food was quit excellent. Front staff very nice as well. We’ll be looking to stay again next time we’re in town.

constantly had to find staff and ask questions because they didn’t set me Ip for success at check in.

the check in was very frustrating. he didn’t tell me the unique way to open the door. he didn’t explain the bizarre way to operate the TV. they didn’t clean the room the first day.

Hotel was clean and convenient to meeting area.

Room was missing a coffee maker but had the coffee and creamer packets. The TV would not pick up a signal or connect to any wi fi device. The shower was extremely awkward to use with very low water pressure and the handheld hose kept bumping you while showering and getting in the way.

The bed was very comfortable.

The first room the put us in was dirty. Shower was broke, hot tub didn't work, and there was still somebody's leftovers in mini fridge. It stunk horribly. The put us in another room. It was clean, but hot tub still didn't work. Overall very frustrated that I paid for 2 nights @ the normal hot tub suite price, and didn't even get to enjoy it.

Clean and safe but breakfast was horrible.

Was clean and nice quiet neighborhood

Did not like the breakfast! Added half and half toy coffee and it was curdled. The food looked like it had been heated up from the day before. The waffles looked like thawed out eggos that had been put in a pan of water and soaked. Just nasty. Room was nice but for the price ,it would have been nice to have breakfast and coffee.

Ownership/management definitely not engaged or doesn’t care. This is the poorest run property ever

Everything was subpar. The bed was very old with very little support. Thanks for the backache. We ate at the restaurant where the workers had no clue about any of the menu items and couldn’t understand or speak English except when the bill was presented and the server announced “I prefer cash tip”. When a hair dryer was needed, it wasn’t in the room. Called down for one and we were told “my pleasure “ but it never showed. Went to the front desk and waited for 45 minutes, nobody was there, finally went to the basement to retrieve one and finally found an employee. She was the front desk person who was trying to fix the broken elevator at the request of management. She had no idea how to fix an elevator. Took another 15 minutes with her before she finally went into an empty room for a hair dryer because neither housekeeping nor maintenance had one and no spares in the building. Worst run property I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms very outdated, no usb anywhere. Housekeeping never went to our room in the 4-night stay. Plenty of choices in the area and I’d recommend steering well clear of this hotel.

Nice property just needs to be maintained better from cleaning to hot food simple fixes.

I thought the breakfast had a nice variety but the hot food was not hot eggs were cold potatoes were cold turn the steam table up. The location of it was absolutely fine.

The TV was confusing. The shower tile grout needs to be cleaned. The elevator was dirty.

I would not make this my first choice hotel if ever visiting Bloomington again!

The on-site restaurant was very good. The chef is really good at what she prepared on her menu. That was very unexpected compared to the hotel overall.

The breakfast was not good at all. I could only eat a bagel and I tolerated the eggs for protein. My wife could only eat a bagel and cereal. The bed was not comfortable at all. The bedding is too lightweight for such a cold climate.

The rooms were sufficient, the bar closed at 10 pm and breakfast was not good. It was about 10 minutes from campus. Air conditioner in one room didn’t work.

Much to my surprise the showers didn’t have any safety bars attached to the walls? When traveling with two senior citizens, (93 & 98), these were a basic necessity.

It could have been better, but it could have been much, much worse.

The breakfast was good but there wasn't much variety and every day there was sausage, eggs and potatoes. I can't eat eggs and the sausage was too spicy. I did find something to eat for breakfast, but I was a bit disappointed. The staff was very helpful, wonderful and even met our needs without us having to ask.

The bathroom left a little to be desired, but it was clean. The pool was closed and looked like it had been for some time, but I never saw this indicated anywhere on the website when I was booking. We were very disappointed in not being able to spend time in a pool.
