Everything was excellent be back Sunday so

The breakfast was good and all the staff and people from the hotels were excellent thank you

Lack of Cleanliness

It was a big room & great location of everything I needed.

Everything was dirty. The couch had crumbs, the pillows had makeup & hair from previous people that were there before. Floors were streaky & sticky, looked like water was poured & they just smeared the dirt rather than using bleach. Bathroom mirror was very foggy/streaky, I couldn't even see myself. The Microwave had no plate to even use it. The mini fridge was broken/old & still dirty. Overall that room was not taken care of properly & the people who did clean it were obviously lazy.

nothing really other than it was close to Dairy Queen.

the reason for the visit was I was working in Brownsville for the night and needed a place for my kids (23.21.19) to sleep over night. I was already running late and when I got there the front desk clerk was not very inviting. He also gave me keys to a room that when we opened the door there was clothes and shoes on the floor and the beds were not made. when I went back to him he was very adamant that the room should have been empty and I assured him it wasn’t so he had to find me another room. For being a non smoking room the room smelled like smoke, the neighbors were outside talking on phones all night and smoking too.

Good stay

Since my last visit (2yrs ago)to this location they have improved the loom of the hotel

You have to do business through the night window and there is no grab-n-go breakfast or anything extra.

Superb

The room was great! Fresh clean, like we just stepped in it and totally smelled nice. Beds where really comfortable and I love that they have those shades that barely let any light in.

Cleaning ladies knocked on our door both mornings. I just wonder, if it's all registered, why not go straight to the rooms where ppl have already checked out? Or maybe just give us customers a DO NO DISTURB sign. But it was a big buzzkill to be chilling on our room or sleeping in and have to get up and tell them NO THANK YOU

Very good

Comfortable, clean and beautiful room, I stayed 2 nights and so far my stay was good, I saw a lot of negative reviews but from my own experience I didn't have any issue whatsoever, front desk lady was nice and when i came back to the room the next day in the afternoon the room was clean, new towels etc. Which I didn't asked for it and also didn't mind either

The TV wasn't working properly, but other than that the room it self was clean and quiet

Good value for you money

The room was very comfortable, I loved how I was able to sleep in perfectly because there was no light coming in through the window.

The staff wasn't very nice. They weren't rude. But they were not nice. The pool was closed.
