It’s was disappointing, but doable. Chose it because it was cheaper than other hotels in the area. I definitely got what

It’s in a good location. It’s nice there is a decent restaurant attached. Close to Valley Fair and the Horse Track.

It was not clean at all. Definitely needs to be remodeled a bit.

The location and the restaurant

The doors on every room, the outside was dirty and broken glass everywhere, the rooms had so much such moisture in them that our clothes and blankets felt wet.

Checked in about 5pm but didn't go to the room until the following morning, only to find it was occupied. Informed by the desk clerk that the room had been taken by the General Manager. After a long wait, were reassigned a different room. No offer of extended checkout or other compensation for the unavailability of our original room. Extremely unprofessional.

put a bad taste in my mouth for any Baymont hotels

the pool and hot tub

shower pressure and hot water pressure was terrible, one of my rooms flooded and we had to be separated, never got any service (trash taken out, New towels, nothing)

Needs work. Things like chipped paint, gross tub and tile surround, smelled like stale cigarettes and pool. Pile of junk outside our window

The first impression is always given at check in. The lady helping us was an absolute delight and very helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub area wasnt busy at all. The kids enjoyed it. Check out was a breeze and once again the lady helping (Darcy) was a delight.

Great place, awesome price.

Awesome price and we had a poolside room. Great breakfast, staff was great! I would definitely book here again.
