The fact I came from out of town to take my two little ones to the local zoo for the frist time . I slightly expressed that to the manger who helped me and she upgraded our room so my kiddos had a pull out queen sized bed and own little area in the room that just made there experience along with mine there ten times better. My kids had so much for having own bed with own t.v and own area made the stay there special. She was a good lady and welcoming us. We thank you and the staff for out experience at ypur hotel.

The Manager and front reception were attentive, friendly and professional. The check in and check out process was easy. The water view was great and we enjoyed the walk along the green belt.
