Silver Cloud U-District Delivers Comfort and Quality!

Nice finishes, friendly staff, good location. Room amenities were nice (coffee maker, microwave, fridge, safe, desk, lounge chair, lamps, closet with plentiful hangers, and more). Breakfast was expansive and high quality. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was well-laid out and clean. The mattress was incredibly comfortable! (Therapeudic Northwest custom manufactures the hotel’s mattresses.)

Great location and housekeeping is amazing- best I’ve seen and I’m a seasoned traveler all over the world.

Comfortable with mostly friendly staff, especially the girl serving in the grill/bar. The food was very good and the staff nice but few people. They need to advertise.

I had to be at the hospital until 10:00. Would have been nice to have a little more food choices like sandwiches.

Had a fantastic stay and appreciate the staff in this location.

The staff was helpful whenever I had a question about the area or missing items. The breakfast veggie burritos was actually one of the best I've had.i loved the endless amounts of coffee available . The fitness room was simple, but I was able to get a workout in with minimal interruptions.

Great location…for U of W conference…2nd time staying here. Nicer than usual breakfast selections.

Bring back the relaxing evening bar inside the hotel. Enjoyed it during previous stay but not available now. Was a really nice option for a tired traveler. Please figure it out how to get it back

i liked that breakfast was included. we travel often for our kids sports events and i have been surprised how many of the hotels we have stayed at charge additionally for breakfast so the breakfast included was nice!

no pool. we didn’t realize when we booked that there was no pool and my daughter was disappointed. parking spaces were also so narrow for my large suv

Was very nice.

Location was close to UW Medical Center. Bed was super comfy. Room was clean. Shopping and restaurants were within walking distance. Breakfast was fantastic. Very quiet in room #421.

Comfy hotel near University Village

If you need a hotel close to the University of Washington, this is a great option. Our room was huge, and the beds super comfortable. The included breakfast was pretty good for a hotel buffet, and we were less than a 10-minute walk to University Village with tons of shops and restaurants.

We love this hotel and will stay there again!

Our room was lovely, nice and big with a fold-out couch. Breakfast here is delicious with so many options. Staff is wonderful. Great check-out time of noon.

Having to pay separate for parking in their lot is annoying. Would rather them include parking in the cost of the room.

I’ve always enjoyed staying at your hotel,

Super clean room, high standards. Close to university of Washington. Good breakfast.

Very noisy at night. I don’t like to hear heating equipment, delivery trucks. Why pay for parking? Charging for parking in an open lot seems overkill. I suggest at least a gated lot with a pass to get in. Compared to most Hiltons in big cities with similar rates, they frequently have some fruit, chocolates, and cold water available at check in. When I’m paying 350+ a night I expect a little more class than a Days Inn.

Will recommend to others & will stay again when occasion arises.

My king suite was perfect for two people for four nights. Location being near U Village offered access to a variety of eateries. Was also next to Burke-Gilman trail & nearby Ravenna Park. Breakfast had good nutritious choices. Friendly staff. Overnight parking was only $15 per night.
